Rooms were good size for large family.

Lots of bums in the area.. police activity in the park behind the hotel daily. Prostitute soliciting near hotel. Someone was smoking weed below us and because our windows were open it smelled up our room.

I liked it but I asked for 2 beds I got 1 and a couch pullout very very uncomfortable the bed was nice

Didn’t know about breakfast so we didn’t eat there. Convenient parking

We had the master suite with 2 rooms, 3 beds and sleeper couch but only 1 bathroom. Only 1 table with 2 chairs. For a double room meant for 7 people, should’ve had bathroom and table in each room.

Despite it’s great location, it was beyond disappointing

location was it’s only saving grace..

besides it’s location… It was truthfully terrible… The room was dirty, there was dust all over the floor.. the bathroom had paint completely rubbed off of half the door… the bathroom fixtures all had rust.. the beds were uncomfortable.. If I try to give it the benefit of the doubt… if felt like they’d stopped halfway through a renovation, said “screw it, good enough” and rented it as it was.. I’ll happily provide photos..

Honestly? We cut our stay short for several reasons.

We tried to check in once we arrived around 2:00, and we were told sternly that we were early. I then told her we drove quite a distance getting here and we were ready to collapse in bed to rest, and she reluctantly got on her computer and check us in. We’ve been to many hotels and this was the first time we’d encountered such a situation like it.

Comfort/location/staff 💯

construction surrounding property, from path/park to the Best Western being built to the right of this property a lot of extra traffic/ foot traffic .. Not this Gem of a places fault at all though.

Nice staff.

Refrigerator door didn't close properly, and freezer was iced over. Balcony view was a construction site. Construction noise early in the morning. No elevator to upper room levels. Major construction going on adjacent to hotel. Spa was inoperable.
