My stay was comfortable and nice. I would come back.

Location and facilities were very good.

The tv in the front area was not working properly. At first it wouldn’t turn on and then it wouldn’t go off.

I was under the impression that my room included a free breakfast however when I went down to eat and saw the food, I became a bit leary about it being free. I was unaware that I could ad it to my stay when I booked it for less than half of what I paid, which didn't make me very happy. My waffle, a few pieces of bacon, fruit & an OJ cost me $17. If I paid in advance I believe it was only $7. There were several other patrons of the hotel, who were under the same impression that I was. They started to get plates when the lovely waitress asked what they wanted to drink. They thought it was included and when told the price, walked away. Had I realized before I got my plate, I would have done so, myself. It was a beautiful set up meal and the area was nice, but to pay that much for a waffle was ridiculous!

My safe wasn't working & my toilet was running when I entered my room. I called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. The rooms hold have been in perfect shape when I arrived. Your housekeeping staffs responsibility to make sure all your rooms are in working properly before your guests arrive. Parking was not made for your handicapped patrons. There was a private party in the lower level so I was unable to access it. It was pouring all weekend and the climb up to the front doors is on a fairly steep hill for me.

Good hotel let down by noisy location.

Clean and modern rooms and fitness centre.

Noisy being located next to a busy road. Needs double glazed windows to reduce traffic noise.

Superb

We lost power at home due to Hurricane Idalia, and after 5 days, we decided we needed a break. This was the only hotel that had a room available later in the day, so I was very happy to find it. I was even happier to find that the price was reasonable and it was a very clean, well kept up hotel. I am hoping to visit again under better circumstances and take advantage of the pool next time!

I wish the bar/restaurant was open a little later, but we did get in late

Great location nest to FSU! But the bathroom shower curtain was filthy. No internet TV!

The Front Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. 😁

The shower curtain was extremely dirty!! 😣 The internet TV for Showtime and Netflix was NOT working.😡

Excellent value will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tallahassee

Breakfast was amazing a full offering not 1 complaint, love the Tesla Charging Station, every stuff em ember was welcoming cheerful and attentive

I wish the pool bar was open with live TV and food options

Might stay again.

The location is great. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. The staff was friendly.

The bathtub wasn't clean enough for my wife to feel comfortable taking a bath. And we were disappointed to pay so much and not even get a small breakfast.

difficult to access directly from the main road.. access was one-way only.. and saw a terrible traffic crash at that location second night of stat.

Good Hotel in Downtown area - Friendly staff

All staff were very friendly , Hotel was clean , our room was good , good breakfast

A good place to stay if you want to visit the Capitol or FSU.

The staff was very kind, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The security is deficient, mainly in the parking lot. There was a sinkhole in the back of the parking lot, which was reported, and nothing was done.

no parking. no full length mirror in room. no refrigerator. in room sage didn’t work. ice machine was slow. bagged ice available downstairs consisted of two empty Walmart bags which were given to go fill up with their ice machines. this place needs an overhaul

I liked it because it was close, but disappointed considering I paid $200 and 3 things didn’t work.

it took at least 15 minutes to get any warm water for a shower. The phone didn’t work properly. The deadbolt didn’t lock.

Great location, great value, clean and comfy room! Exceeded expectations!

The atmosphere in the hotel and the room itself exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it looks more dated with the building style. I didn't look at all the photos when I booked but they must think so too because it is not the first one like most listings. The room were updated, clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady at check in and out was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy we were there. I believe her name was Jasmine, she had a great smile, was very efficient and informative . We picked this hotel because it is so close to the venue we were going to - the Civic Center. Walked there in less than 10 minutes and didn't have to worry about parking and traffic.

The outside looks a little dated.
