Location is great for our traveling through Lincoln. The room was very comfortable and quiet is important to us. The TV was having issues and the facility manager came very quickly to help and got it resolved.
The pull-out bed which is a couch is not very comfortable to use for watching TV.

Location put me in the part of town where I did my visiting. Easy access to friends and businesses I'm used to frequenting.
I have used this hotel many times in past and enjoyed it. But the facilities have been downgraded since my last stay, and the front desk personnel are now underqualified and with seemingly no professional experience nor skills. Most staff didn't speak English.
My room was sparse; very bare-bones for $130+ per night price. No carpeting. The easy chair (for reading or relaxing) that used to be in this type of room has been removed; only seating was one vinyl desk chair, which meant that only one of us sharing the King room could sit simultaneously (to watch TV or converse, etc.). The bed itself was too firm. No extra blankets. Bureau drawer knob missing. Shower water volume was so low as to be a sad trickle.
Building security was non-existent; card readers at exterior doors were not in operation, so anyone could come in regardless if they were a guest or not.
The whirlpool that used to be in the swimming pool area was removed since my last visit. And the exercise equipment was not functional, and the exercise room had a TV remote control but the TV was missing.
What was I paying for?! Way overpriced for less-than-budget-level amenities. I will find another place to stay for my visits to Lincoln in future.

Comfy beds and very clean. Good value for the money.
The pool was cold! It would have been nice to have it just a little heated. Also the room had a bit of a musty smell; I suspect from the air conditioner.

Clean and rustic on the inside. Nice large indoor swimming pool and pool table. Breakfast was good. An egg along with some meat. The usual waffles. Pet-friendly with outdoor areas for walking them.
It was on the far southeast side of town. Good if you want to stay in that location. I did feel it was slightly priced higher than what it was worth, but all other available hotels were also high-priced.

I liked the location of my room to the outside door, I liked the vinyl floor instead of having the carpet & I liked getting 4 pillows on each bed!
I didn't like how dirty my floor was, my black socks were filthy within the first hour, changed socks & by end of night my other pair were so covered in dirt & just filthy. 2nd day I had to wear slippers cause I couldn't handle my socks anymore & walking on it. I was kept awake along with my dogs after my funeral I came to room so exhausted but the loudest wash machine going from 4pm to after 3am the next morning. I would shut the door to the washer almost closed leaving it open only a couple inches so it wouldn't be as loud in my room but within the next hour it was wide open & blaring in my room from next door. Sadly the 2+ trains I heard overnight were loud but the washer was even louder & even longer! My dogs were so nervous all night from the noise that when it finally stopped they wouldn't lay back down & relax. I was up after an extremely emotional funeral for my 23 yr old nephew that day at noon all night & all early morning & got 2 hours sleep so was falling asleep the whole drive home! I definitely don't believe I got my money's worth the 2nd night! First night yes it was aside from the dirty floor.... But that's nothing compared to not getting sleep when that was the whole reason for staying. I would have just drove home after the funeral instead & probably would not be near as tired as I am today!!! Just plain disappointing and a waste of money the 2nd night. I just really hope they fix the washer before someone else has to go thru what I did!!!

Decent price and a great stay.
I don't know if I really care for the hardwood floors. It made everything echo in the room specially when someone else down the hallway shut their door. In the middle of the night sounds like a slam.

Before we arrived, Tabitha helped me fix errors I made in my reservations. She was very patient and knowledgeable and deserves all your awards. Breakfast was good. Everything worked.
Saturday evening was rough as there was a youth sport team and their families staying. They were loud, took over the hallway, hit our door several times. That may have been why it seemed we were missing a chair. The bed was fine but we stayed at a Wyndham resort the night before and that bed was divine.
