Nice location for Folsom, very noisy even w/ ear plugs and noise canceling headphones.

The location was within walking distance of downtown Folsom. The room was smallish but comfortable. We did not have breakfast there. I liked that the hotel was busy with lots of folks coming and going.

We were on the second floor, facing the parking lot, near the elevators and it was very noisy. The doors slamming in the hall echoed, there was an event space across the parking lot and up the hill so loud music sounded like it was blasting towards our room and drunk wedding people loud outside.

Excellent location on the American River parkway, historic Folsom with shops and restaurant an easy

Breakfast choices were very good.

I would like a coffee station for self service. Restaurant service can be slow.

The staff was very friendly and it was easy to get to our destination. Enjoyed using the little taxi guy to take us to dinner. Enjoyed the lcoation.

when first arrived the smell of our room was not good, immediately went to front desk and let them know, they sent someone up to spray room, apparently the rugs had been cleaned recently and that was the smell.

Did not meet expectations, it was not very clean at all and many parts were in disrepair.

The pool and garden area were great. The beds were very comfortable.

It desperately needs a facelift outside and inside. You are in Folsom in a great location. It should show.

Location is great.

Beds are not very comfortable, they are too soft and squeaky when you are turning around. Toilet and the sink are very loud, you can hear them from another room.

good value basic hotel in downtown Folsom

good location to olde town and bike paths. happy hour reasonably priced. staff was friendly

coffee in room was horrible; morning coffee in lobby was $3.50. it was an empty hotel. Queen room had night stand on one side only. TV did not have Netflix or streaming you could sign into w your own account (Bring a chromecast) …very few channels were available.

The place is run down… things were broke .. Sauna, hot tub was not hot the place is old and had a Odor in the room ! Not worth the price and the Noise level was crazy

Dated, but nice. Hall carpets need replacing. Had problems getting our room cleaned. Breakfast vas very good. Staff very friendly. Room was spacious and nice. Centrally located right next to downtown Folsom.

Maid service was spotty. Other than that, was good.
