Not worth cheap price

Staff was nice

Everything was low level from coffee cups to cracked and chipped toilet in a recently remodeled room. Almond came out of chair when cushion lifted. Floor sticky on arrival. Smelly. Checked bed for bed bugs due to level of of not really being clean. My daughter and I got very itchy being there. She itched so bad after leaving she had welts and was sure she had lice. No lice but definitely reacted to something, I'm assuming dust mites. Came home to wash everything in hot water even unused clothes. Doors very tight and sticky, hard to open and had to force closed, toilet painted over seat chips instead of replaced where broken, coffee cups cheap and wouldn't separate, loud freeway noise and map doesn't lead to it bc it's not visible. Won't stay again. Only good thing was friendly staff

Exceptional

This hotel was right I-5. The clerk upon checking in noticed I had a walking boot on and immediately switched us to the ground floor without me even asking. The breakfast was good. There were several options. My husband enjoyed the pool.

The signage to the hotel needs to be better. When we turned into the shared driveway, you were not sure where to go. The only visible sign was Dead End.

Jets need to be fix in Whirlpool tub in 224 I believe was are room number

The room was nicely remodeled and clean

The jacuzzi jets didn't work:-( and that's why I decided to go with that room because of the jets and tub otherwise I wouldn't have spent the extra money on that room very disappointed about that

In progress renovations Hot water provided for tea was luke warm Housekeeping not provided for 2nd night stay…no clean towels had to ask front desk for some and that was not well received

They were doing some remodeling. The char they chose for the room is terrible, can't sit in it. Hard as a rock,horriblè.

Fine place to stay if Wilsonville is your stop.

The freeway hum is always there. The pool is wonderful, but only open 10am-10pm. The afternoon staff was extra courteous and pleasant: thank you.

Change US transportation to be based on train travel not cars, so that freeway is eliminated. lol. Offer other hours for swimming, especially because there's no lifeguard anyway.

Nothing,, was the worst stay.

We booked a lower floor due to being in a wheelchair, it was confirmed. My husband told them we had to have lower floor, there was no elevator. We got a lower room with 2 single beds, the room was dirty, the bed squeaked everytime you moved. The people upstairs ran back and forth all night. They said breakfast was provided. It wasn't, then, they double charged for the room!

Close to the hot tub and the breakfast area on the ground floor. Can't climb stairs so I prefer to be on ground level and you did accommodate me so that was a good thing. Thanks

Location, price

Fitted sheets did not cover old mattress. Seeing old mattress not attractive. Old and grimy chair in room. Holes in shades. I call this the not so Quality Inn. Have stayed in much better kept properties.

The front desk staff were nice.

The hotel itself was disgusting. The luggage cart was loud with a hitch in the wheel. The whole first floor was overwhelmed by the pool smell. When opening the door to our room we were punched in the face by the melding of the stench of the pool, stale cigarette smoke and another offensive smell that I could not place. The drain in the tub was clogged so when I took a shower I was standing in 3 inches of dirty water. The vinyl tiles that were sloppily glued to the wall in the bathroom above the shower were peeling back and black mold was visible underneath. Honestly, if given the choice to stay at this motel or fall asleep behind the wheel of my car while traveling at 65 mph down I-5, I think I would be more comfortable and rested as I woke up careening into the guardrail on the precipice of the eternal beyond.

A quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to spend a night.

Large room, good lights, curtains, window. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with good shower. Great staff!!

Some staff was snobby. There was ants in the room I believe I got food poisoning from breakfast Monday morning my grandson and I both got real sick after we ate breakfast that day. Pool was closed first 2 days we were there out of 3 days

I think anyone that wants a good nights sleep and a good nights price should look into this hotel👍

The staff was super friendly and cordial. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. Would absolutely love to say here again when I need to stay in this area.

Wish the pool would’ve been open a little bit later. No major deal though🙂

Cheap room for a quick stay.

Very old, the bathroom faucet was loose from the wall, needs updating. Also no elevator to 2nd floor.

Overall great experience.

The room was clean. Great location.

The air freshener in the air conditioner/heater was nauseating. My mother has severe allergies so this was very unpleasant. We opened the window instead.

Very impressed with the property

The whole facility is being remodeled, starting with the 2nd floor. Our room was on the 1st floor. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The beds were a bit soft yet all furnishings will be replaced during the remodel. The cost of the room, with a breakfast, made this a very good value for us.

In the morning we could hear people sweeping the room being remodeled upstairs. Not offensive. Just was there. Might be better to have a room on the 2nd floor if staying again and wanting quiet.
