The Lodge at Jackson Village and the staff exceeded my expectations.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The stream out back is very calming. I did not use the tennis court or pool but other families seemed to really enjoy them.

Much needed peaceful and relaxing weekend

The hotel was so cute, so clean and close to everything. The sound of the water in the back is so relaxing. If you have little ones, there is also a small hill for them to sled down.

Breakfast could be a little better but it was ok (basic)

My Stay at the Lodge

This is a veryy cute place to stay when given the chance , very clean, very quiet , beautiful views. The OWNER HERSELF is absolutely so sweet. Easy access.. not far from north conway or mt washington at all!

My only complaint was when i arrived .. the guy at the desk gave me the key to my room on the FIRST floor when i specifically had reserved a room on SECOND floor for the balcony. When I requested to change the room to what i wanted he kind of gave me an attitude about it. He gave me a hard time by telling me he didnt think he had rooms available when ALOT of those room on second floor where empty. He tried to tell me FIRST floor was a balcony view and it CLEARLY wasnt. My only complaint is that maybe next time when someone books a room with BALCONY view maybe we should just give them the room they booked vs going back and forth about a room i clearly didnt want nor was I about to pay for.

We had a nice stay and will definitely return

The breakfast was as expected, basic; If you’re satisfied with limited selection. We like waffles or a bagel, sausage, yogurt and fruit — these were all available along with juice/coffee or tea.

Can’t think of anything. We especially enjoyed time by the fire pit on one of the evenings— it’s a pretty spot very convenient to the mountains and various trailheads

Great! Quiet. Good night sleep and was able to get coffe and bowl of cereal early in the morning

Clean, freindly, good breakfast. The coffee was available at 6:30!

The TV kept cutting out.....annoying. And, my issue everywhere I travel. A soft cushion mattress . I like a firm mattress but can't seem to find them anymore. Although I slept because I went hiking a lot.

Great value close to Wildcat and Attitash

Nice Hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast included and not just Fruit Loops and coffee. This was a full breakfast with eggs, waffles, yogurt etc. Very pleased and would stay here again.

The hospitality here, goes a long way with me.

The staff was wonderful. Cyndi was an amazing hostess. The room was immaculate. I could not ask for a more welcoming and relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Love the lodge.

Stay quite a lot. Has become our go to destination if we want to be away from it all with hot tub in room. Staff is friendly and rooms are usually very clean Love the view from front rooms or back.

Wish hot tub was in room not in bathroom. Vending machines ate all our change and no options. No pool during winter.

Lots of herbal teas, mandarins, apples and bananas always available. Love the waffle machine, too.

I was greeted by the excellent staff: Cindy and Jimmy made me feel at home. This is my second stay as I also spent three days at the Lodge during the summer. The rooms are clean , many with excellent views of the Ellis River. The location is great because I am now a frequent hiker of the mountain trails out of Pinkham Notch (8 miles) and the Cross Country trails at the Jackson X-Country Touring Center (1 mile). I look forward to my next visit and perhaps Raj and his wonderful family will include an easy chair as I am fond of reading in comfort during my three days of lots of activity .

Our stay here was great. The fireplace was awesome.

The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this lodge for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay. The staff was very nice and check in was a breeze. The breakfast was more than I thought it would be. It was great.

I liked everything here. I have nothing bad to say about this lodge.

Very noisy one night, sounded like a heated altercation in the adjacent room. Very loud and disturbing.
