This Spacious Sunny Duplex Apartment has FREE WiFi and was entirely re-furbished in 2005 and has been subsequently updated on an ongoing basis. The accommodation comprises. Lounge /Kitchen, Master Bedroom with Kingsize Bed (with room for a z bed or cot for a third young child)and fitted Wardrobes. Bathroom, with Second Twin Bedroom upstairs. The apartment has superb views from the balcony down to Los Cristianos and the Sea.Los Diamantes 3 is a small quiet refurbished complex, with heated swimming pool. It is located in the upmarket Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos. There is family run pool bar on the complex serving drinks and meals all day and within 5 minutes walk there are 10 excellent International Restaurants plus a number of bars. Los Cristianos town is a 10 minute stroll away. The apartment has Satellite TV with BBC1, 2 ITV and various Sport and Movie Channels. On the complex there is also a large elevated sun terrace, which is in full sun all day with superb panoramic views down to the Harbour. There is extensive street parking outside the Complex.
Los Diamantes This complex is designed over 3 separate phases, each phase having its own private swimming pool, and sunbathing terraces. Los Diamantes also has an on-site supermarket and two Poolside bars both serving snacks and hot food. Within 300 metres there are a number of excellent bars and restaurants, while another convenience of this complex is the facility of street parking - a very rare advantage in the popular tourist resorts of South Tenerife. This is a small complex far enough away from the centre so as not to suffer from late night noise, but near enough to be able to walk in to town

Tenerife Golf is booming and the island has established itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe with five championship level golf courses open to the public in Tenerife. These include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses as it has hosted rounds of the European PGA Tour. There is also the stunning Costa Adeje course, which has hosted the European PGA Tour. This is now becoming known amongst the premier golf courses in Tenerife together with the Las Americas Golf Course and the new Buenavista Golf Course situated on the north west of Tenerife cost line. The other highly recommended course is the 9 hole - par three Golf Los Palos. This beautiful and challenging short course is ideal for beginners or for perfecting the short game. Los Diamantes is ideally situated for easy reach within 15 - 20 minute taxi ride to the FIVE golf courses.
General information Los Cristianos is very well served by buses, which will take you to all parts of Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card in advance (although it is not obligatory) as this will give you a 30%-50% discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz are all within reach providing access to Loro Park, Parque Nacional de las Canadas del Teide.... Taxis are comparatively cheap and will get you around Playa de las Americas, and any of the local Golf courses....

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic and you get a fantastic view of the sea sunshine on the balcony all day only thing is a bit of a hill to climb but if you take your time its not too bad and you could always take a taxi

Lovely top floor apartment with sun on the balcony most of the day and a lovely view of the sea. A few English TV channels which was great as the news of the Queen broke whilst we were there so we could keep up with everything going on. There was milk in the fridge which was a nice touch.
Had one tiny issue whilst there which Brad sorted out as quickly as possible. Communication was also very good.
Bar at the complex doing a variety of food. We didn't eat there but it all looked very nice!
You have to go uphill to get to the apartment so if you're not mobile it's probably not for you.
Overall a lovely apartment in a nice area with supermarkets and restaurants close by

Excellent stay
Clean and comfortable, everything you need with balcony in a good position for the sun. Double bedroom excellent but stairs to twin room upstairs a bit dangerous steep tiled stairs. About 20 to 30 minute walk to harbour and beach downhill so not for anyone who wouldn’t like the uphill walk back but fine for us. Good restaurants nearby if you didn’t want to walk down to the harbour and a relatively quiet area for sleeping. Good communication with owner who would sort out any problems immediately. A very good stay would come again

An enjoyable stay
The apartment is bright, sunny and comfortable. For anyone who can handle the stairs/fairly steep inclines, the area is pleasant and self contained (shops, restaurants, etc.). The complex is friendly and unobtrusive - we are happy to re-visit.

As expected, very good
We have stayed here previously, therefore we began our holiday with a good idea of what to expect. However, the new bathroom has improved the accommodation and merits a mention. The area (Oasis del Sur), remains one of the more tranquil in Los Cristianos and together with the winter sunshine, a good time was had by all.

Had a brilliant stay with the apartment.
Easy access to all areas of tenerife that we wanted to go to. We booked up early as we are expecting our first child in September so we wanted a relaxing holiday as we have previously stayed with other apartments. Loved the new vamped bathroom and felt safer using this than other apartments where the shower was over the bath.
Swimming pool had under gone some work and also looks fresh and tidy.
Our parents recommend the apartment as they always stay here when in tenerife and they decided to come with us last minute and Bradley and helen were so accommodating.
My parents have booked up again next year.

Bathroom could do with upgrading,but plenty of hot water and good shower. Washing machine was a great bonus. Would stay there again, despite the hills. Would definitely recommend.

Fab balcony and great location
Lovely, bright apartment in a great location. Brad was brilliant in providing information and answering any questions we had.
The apartment has a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool and down towards the beach in Los Cristianos. We had sun all day which was fab. We watched the New Year fireworks from the balcony and were able to see 3 different displays with the best view around.
The main bedroom is very large in size and fit a z bed comfortably. It also has lots of wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. The wifi is very good and the apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday - including a washing machine. The location is nice and quiet, but close enough to bars, restaurants and entertainment.
There are several really good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and the very friendly on site bar in the complex serves really nice food if you don't want to wander far.
I would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again in the future.

Enjoyable holiday break in a relaxed and friendly complex - be aware of the incline from Los Cristianos to Oasis del Sur (the location of the apartment), and of the stairs if mobility is an issue- otherwise no issues to concern any would be holiday makers.

Lovely Apartment
The Apartment is lovely, it's a great base, there is everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and there is fans in each room, early comments mention the bathroom being a little outdated but it was lovely and served our needs,It has fantastic views of Los Cistianos. Pease be aware the stairs in the apartment are tricky there steep and higher than normal steps and slippy when wet, there not for anyone with walking difficulties. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift so be aware you have to carry your luggage up and down on arrival and departure. The pool bar does a lovely breakfast and does snack like meals. There are bars and restaurants in the area enough to accommodate your needs, the lively bars are a walk down the hill. The Apartment is quite high up in Cristianos but taxis are only a round €5. All in all the Apartment is lovely

Lovely Quiet Apartment
Loved our stay at Brad & Helen's apartment.
Apartment is on a lovely little complex just outside the main hub of Los Cristianos which meant it was a lot quieter. The apartment is on the top floor so are a few stairs to climb but kept us fit!!!
The apartment itself was lovely, very spacious and clean, gorgeous views looking out over the harbour. Bedroom very spacious, plenty of storage space, bed was great, slept very well, has 2 beds upstairs too but we didn't need them. Kitchen fully equipped although we ate out most of the time!! Bathroom as in other reviews could do with an update but served it's purpose, shower was lovely, always had hot water and added bonus of washing maching!! Balcony a good size and got the sun into the evening. Had tv and wifi.
The area is away from the crowds but still has supermarkets and some lovely restaurants nearby (Belvedere, Balti Balti and the pool bar does lovely food and great breakfasts)
We ventured out most day as rented a motorbike so went to explore the island, but this was a great base and would definitely return and recommend to others.
Got taxi to and from airport at 25 euros each way, not far at all.

Lovely apartment with a great sunny balcony. Bathroom could do with updating but otherwise great
owner Brad was easy to get in contact with + responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Lovely area with lots of restaurants + shops nearby. Apartment is lovely + clean with lots of towels. Milk + water on arrival was a nice touch. The balcony gets the sun early until teatime + is a decent size. Complex was quiet in early May so we had the upper terrace to ourselves a lot, pool area kept well + the bar downstairs does a great breakfast, though the staff were not very friendly in fact a bit surly at times. Would book here again

Lovely apartment
The property was exactly as described , bright and airy with a lovely balcony . The instructions we received were easy to follow and we found every thing as it should be . The only slight negative was the bathroom was smelly not too sure why but I think the owners are thinking of updating it at some point .The stairs to the bedroom upstairs are fairly steep so I think if you take children maybe you should be aware of this as they could be quite dangerous . One the whole my friend and I really enjoyed the stay and would return .

Apartment was very clean, ready for occupation. We had no problems during our stay. Facilities were exactly as described. Views to the sea were magical. The pool bar was worth the trip on its own, good prices, good quality, the most friendly atmosphere you could wish for. Stairs to upstairs bedroom were a little steep and care was needed. Would we go back? Yes we would.

Luxury sunshine getaway
We were very pleasantly surprised at arriving at the apartment to find it spacious and very well laid out. The interior is quite modern and well equipped with everything you could wish for. The washing machine was a definite bonus. It was a lovely touch to have water and milk waiting for us so that we could have a drink without having to rush to the supermarket. The views from the balcony are brilliant. It was great to watch the ferries coming in and out of the harbor. Complex was very peaceful. Pool and sunbathing areas very clean and tidy. Brad and Helen are very helpful and the booking process was really simple. It was nice to have the keys to take with us so we were able to gain entry as soon as we arrived. The apartment is in a great position far enough out of the hussle and bussle but within easy walking distance of all amenities. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a relaxed peaceful holiday. We fully intend to book it again in the future.

The Perfect View
Apartment needs updating but more than happy considering the price we paid. Aptmt has everything you need. It's a steep hill to walk back but we feel fitter for it and are sure that we've lost weight.....Which is fantastic news! Pool bar is very friendly.

We have just returned from a lovely weeks stay at this apartment. Spacious apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment has everything you need including beach towels! Close to supermarkets and restaurants, "Taurus" being our favourite as has entertainment too. A fifteen minute stroll to the beach front and a 3 euro taxi ride back! Brad answered all my questions prior to travel and keys and directions arrived as stated. A stress free trip exactly as described.

We stayed for a week and the apartment was lovely a great view from the balcony and the service provided by Brad and Helen and outstanding always replied to my emails very quickly and where always happy to help or answer any questions. It was a nice surprise when we got there to find a large bottle or water for us and milk in the fridge. The apartment was nice and clean on arrival with some towels for us to use. I highly recommend this place and will most probably be going back in future also the food in the bar downstairs is lovely as well.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely relaxing time. The flat was very comfortable and was really well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook but there was also loads of great restaurants close by if you wanted to eat out.
There are several supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away. All are spotless and very well stocked.
The balcony does get the sun all day - only thing that was missing was a sunlounger, but that's me nit-picking.
Would thoroughly recommend Brad and Helen's apartment for somewhere to stay in Los Christianos.

Thank you for a wonderful week of winter sun. A novelty for us as a family as we usually go skiing - definitely now fans of our new tans and feeling much healthier for it. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was so nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. The sun terrace was a great place to while away the days and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone. We walked down into the town during the day and in the evenings which was very pleasant. It was great being so close to lots of attractions as well as we didn't have to waste time travelling too far. We can thoroughly recommend Siam Water Park if you're brave enough to go on the rides. The wave machine was amazing. The monkey park is also very close by and it was fantastic to get so close to the monkeys. We fed the lemurs and had them going to sleep on us! A definite hit for all the family. The apartment was very spacious and plenty big enough for 4 of us or even 6 if we had taken friends. The microwave was brilliant and an unexpected bonus. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with lots of utensils, pots and pans and crockery. The shower was always hot and there is also an iron and board together with a washing machine. There was plenty of space and options for sleeping and the apartment was lovely and cool from the heat when we wanted to have a break from the sun. The nearby supermarket and restaurants provided plenty of variety for eating out or staying in and we even ventured across the road for the odd breakfast or two! Another nice place to visit locally is Adeje which is a short drive away and has a great promenade along the beach. The location of the apartment is excellent offering so much close to hand. Even the airport is only a short drive away or a taxi ride. A brilliant week in the sun which we hope to repeat again. We contacted the owners, Brad and Helen, who gave us loads of ideas of what to do and clearly know the place very well. Everything was where they said it would be and the handover was very good. The apartment was nice and clean with fresh linen and towels and more available if we wanted to use them. Somewhere that we will definitely return to in the future. Fantastic! Susan, Cheshire UK.

This was our sixth visit to Tenerife although we had not been to this apartment or Los Cristianos before, and were delighted with both.
The resort has all you need for a great holiday. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance of the apartment – may we recommend ‘Manhattans’ for fabulous cocktails and lovely food, and the ‘Overseas Oriental Restaurant’ where we had the best Chinese meal ever! Alternatively, if you stroll down to the beach/harbour area, again there are numerous bars and eateries offering excellent food. There is a taxi rank close by; bicycles can also be hired locally for 8 euros a day.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and is immaculate, tastefully decorated to a high standard, and is very spacious – the main bedroom is HUGH! The balcony is sunny all day, has a table chairs and parasol if one does wish to cool down in the shade… We feel we must also mention the swimming pool, which was lovely and warm, has a great terrace bar, sun patio and an abundance of sun loungers,
We found the location and apartment perfect and had a wonderful holiday – thank you so much Bradley and Helen, we will definitely return.

This apartment was finished to a very high standard with all the luxuries we needed for the perfect holiday. As we walked in through the door the apartment was clean and spacious with a truly stunning view from the veranda which is straight off the living room. It's also a real sun trap offering sun from morning to dusk, a sun umbrella with table and chairs was provided where we sat and enjoy a cool drink whilst taking in the view. The beds were super and had clean new bedding when we arrived. The pool was heated and there were plenty of sun beds on the terrace, again with superb views over Los Christianos and the sea.
There's also a lovely friendly bar on the ground floor where we enjoyed a tasty meal and relaxing drink. Outside the apartment we found plenty of parking for the car which we hired from the airport and only took 15 minutes to get there.
The walk from the apartment into the centre was a gentle stroll passing many fine dining restaurants and bars. We found the taxi's amazingly cheap for the quick journey back to the apartment. I would recommend a night out at a superb restaurant called "Rimini" we enjoyed a great evening out here.
All in all Los Christianos was a very relaxing resort with plenty to see and do, the apartment was beautiful in delightful surroundings, the perfect place to stay whilst enjoying Tenerife.

This was our first visit to Los Cristianos - we scanned the accommodation pages and picked this lovely apartment. On arrival we settled in immediately and soon discovered it definitely had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of crockery and utensils, we made use of the appliances and were pleased to see there were plenty of bath towels and bedding for the 4 of us. The view from the balcony was superb and we had many a drink before walking down into LC for the evening. The nearest supermarket was less than 5 minutes away with a larger 'spar' further down hill. LC is a fabulous resort we all had a wonderful time and thank Bradley & Helen for letting us use their lovely apartment - we would recommend anyone to stay here.

Very clean and tidy apartment,excellent sleep on the queen size bed,kids slept well too, big bedrooms and all beds are memory foam,good views from main bedroom windows, big built in wardrobes and a nice quiet ceiling fan to keep cool. Kitchen has all facilities, toaster, microwave, washing machine, kettle, oven, fridge freezer cups, knives etc..and all new and modern furnishings.Lounge is also nice, has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a single chair. Sunny balcony was perfect with great sea and pool views .We and the kids thouroughly enjoyed the well looked after pool. What we also loved about this complex is its really quiet day and night, you dont get music pumping out untill the early hours with drunks walking past shouting like you get from those package hoilidays where you don`t know what to expect.The landlord was very helpfull with great comunications on keys, transport,and safe details and gave us good advice on where to explore , hire cars and to eat. Bathroom also very clean and tidy with a good strong shower.Kids will love the attractions in this area ,Siam park with its thilling water slides is just 10 minutes and 5 euros in a taxi and loro park with its stunning animal zoo , The orca , dolphin and seal shows were amazing,loro park is only one hour in a hire car up the motorway. If you do hire a car choose autoriesen , only £68 a week for a citreon c2 . 10/10 apartment and holiday ! Thank you Bradley :o)
