A man died in the hotel room next to us, we literally saw a gurney with a body on it and smelled this when we walked past the room full of cops… and staff did nothing to compensate my stay. Shower was broken. Walls were stained with dirty sticky residue. Bedding was stained.

Worst experience ever

Absolutely horrible, nothing I can say was acceptable.

I ordered non smoking room and the smell of smoke was overwhelming, the place was dirty, my shoes stuck to the floor and many holes in the curtains. We didn't arrive till 1 a.m. so we covered our mouth and noses and laid down for a few hours. Going into the bathroom the next morning, there was a shower of water coming out of the light fixture on the ceiling, which is a fire hazard so we definitely could not take a shower there. We told the office about the issues and they promised to refund my money and cancel the reservation for another 3 days we had already reserved. We found another hotel at the last minute and even though it was $25 more a night it was what we expected and we are having a great stay here. I received an email the next day from Hotels, saying they were not going to refund my money even with a fire hazard. I plan on fighting it but if this is the service they provide I suggest you use Hotwire or Expedia.

Nothing. It was so dirty I had to go buy Cleaning supplies, a mop and vacuum.

It was dirty. I couldn't use the microwave it was so nasty they put me on the 2nd floor and elevator wS out of order I asked for assistance when I was leaving and they told me no they couldn't help me .

Where to start. Found a crack pipe in the room. The bedding had clearly not been changed since previous guest and there was an entire arms length pile of dirt under the ac unit. Also bathtub drained at the pace of molasses.

Price, but if pay 3x to stay somewhere else

Dirty, sheets, stained mattress, bathroom door would close(door bigger than frame) wires hanging from ceiling where smoke detector should be. Loud banging heater. Shower dirty. If it wasn't so late we would have left to somewhere else.

Night Attendant very professional

Garbage piled up by broken elevators 1 Bedside light worked 1 bedside light busted up Ceiling light fixture wide open no cover on it Room door not secure enough deadbolt was there but no deadbolt locking mechanism. Prior leak in bathroom exposed under sink. Bedding needs to be thrown out 1. Mattress cover had multiple cigarette burns 2. Fitted sheet had body oils still on them 3. Blanket had long hair strands intertwined in it 4. The bed covet had multiple cigarette burns We actually killed 2 cock roaches in the room

. Washer & dryer broke. Filthy dirty, the room the entire property was nasty and head of housekeeping was very rude. Will never go there again. Found majuana and a pill on the ground
