Canceled room. Man at desk very rude

I cancelled my room and didn't stay there. I went down the street. The man at the desk was very rude. Will never stay there

浴室居然放不出来水，台盆都是烟头烫的焦黑点，有好多蟑螂，冰箱门是扁的，插座好多是坏的，空调声音太响影响睡觉。

The room was clean and the location was not far from downtown

Tv needed some up grade very small size housekeeping were little noise besides too early to be cleaning rooms at 7:00am

Good Location & great parking if you have a trailer. Quiet. They Always accommodate our special requests. Great budget friendly basecamp to explore the area.

It was ok. Getting ready in the morning was a challenge with no counter.

Location

Bathroom had NO counter. Fan did not work. For the second time, clerk at first said we had no reservation. Then he found reservation. I offered to come back after 3:00 but he insisted that he would find a room for us. He found a handicap room which we did not request. Looks like it was remodeled to be handicap and I guess that's why no counter. Also the room had an optional door to adjoining room which seemed to allow a lot of noise (coughing) from next door occupant.

Would not recommend or repeat stay. Got what I paid for I guess.

Breakfast was a joke! Brown paper bag with a danish (could not confirm whether or not expired), granola bar, water bottle, and an apple. Room looked like its had a lot of “patch work done” as I’ll call it and still plenty of work to be done. No attention to detail: a week past daylight savings and the clocks were wrong. Large dents in mini fridge and didn’t close well. Just a “janky” room.

Met all my requirements with very little damage to my checkbook!

convenient to get to, very clean, and VERY affordable. I travel frequently for work and hate paying outrageous nightly rates for just sleeping somewhere for the night so this hotel was extremely affordable.

Heater was a bit tricky yet that was about it.

The room was clean.

The breakfast was just a bag with an apple and danish. The hotel shouldn't advertise free breakfast as if it is a full breakfast. The room has old fixtures.

Basic accommodation for a business traveler.

The room was clean.

Staff during check-in was remarkably slow. Slow is OK, but my ten minute or more wait should have been recognized. The room was also a bit shabby. The people upstairs were rather noisy and the walls weren’t able to hold back the noise.

Bad stay too expensive and woke up with bites everywhere dirt tampons under the bed bed by the head

I didn't eat the breakfast I stayed on the bottom floor smoking room our fridge had food in it from last guest the shower head barely poured out water I found a bloody tampon under the bed and to top it off there was hair all over the floor and I woke up with lil bits all over me when I called to complain to get a refund it send me through to a 800 number very unsatisfied rooms not cleaned properly I am a residential cleaner have worked in and out of motels and this was by far one of the dirtiest rooms fire the housekeepers get new ones and nicer front desk people

New plank flooring was Horrible! Seams did not meet, ends buckled up and were a hazard to bare feet.

Located at north end of town. convenient for getting on freeway.

Very good

Good value for money, especially considering the alternatives in the area. Great location also to go to lake Tahoe.

Breakfast very trivial, just a granola bar and an apple. A bit dirty. AC a bit noisy. Nothing unbearable.
