We left early just so we didn't have to stay another night in that hotel.

It was extremely crowded. Lots of people that didn't seem to be staying there. Seems like alot of people lived there and had their friends come hang out daily and nighly while smoking their weed. There was dog poop by the laundry room. There were people talking very loudly in the halls. The room was extremely small especially compared to the pictures we saw online. We used the same 2 towels the 4 days due to them "running out". The parking was horrible!! We had to park in the very back lot due to all the residents that were visiting their friends and using the pool. We never got in the pool due to the overload of people.

They could not let people live there and be more strict on their parking and pool usage. Ridiculous, our room was right beside the pool and it was so loud with music playing out of the trunk of someone's car..how can that be ok?

It provided a nice safe stay at a good price point.

Best thing about this hotel was the location and the view of the ocean from our room, as it was right across from the ocean even though you had to cross a busy street. It was also a mile or less from the mall and other shopping and restaurants.

They had smoking rooms on the third floor, which filled the floor and even out room with the smell of smoke.

You don't want my short sentence. Yuck

Right on the beach, good location but bad stay experience. I know others had the same experience.

The vending machine was out of order. The room A/C smelled like fish and just smelled damp with humidity. The room had no closet. No iron or ironing board. The back of the building where we were smelt like fish and vomit and urine. The elevators carpet was stained and had spots all over it. It was taken up and put back down but still the stains and awful smell. No breakfast available. The floors were laminate because pets got to stay. Pet noise all the time. I will never stay there again. The place on the outside looked descent but the minute you walked into the back side the smell hits you then when you go into the room you smell something like a marina and damp and fishy smell. I the floor was buckled in some spots like dogs had pulled up some of the flooring. I have never stayed at such a bad motel in my life. I have stayed at other Motel 6's but this one needs to be tore down and redone and make the rooms a little bigger. The rooms were so small. This Motel needs a complete remodel and or tore down and made bigger. No place to put luggage, just on the table. Bad stay experience. I know others had the same experience. I talked with them. I do not know why anyone would walk in the hallway or around the motel with their bare feet but I saw a lot of kids and grownups doing it. OMG If I could do it all over again, I definitely would not recommend this Motel 6. Do not even give it a thought. I wish I could get my money back. The stay there did not leave a great experience go to the coast because of the smell, all 4 days and tiny rooms for the price and I would never again stay at a motel that allowed pets due to barking and running the halls and I know some of the smell had to be from the pets and damp old flooring and a/c units. You want my opinion, I don't know why the staff did not fix the smell all the days we were there. I know this must be the norm. Really need to pull everything up and replace the flooring ever were.

Will never stay in this hotel again.

Great location with a good view

Smell of marijuana everywhere. Hair in the shower. Humidity and water on everything. Beds were small, uncomfortable and terrible.

The primary parts of the grounds were perfect the pool was perfect

I didn’t like that the room was smoked out from a previous guest and it was quite dirty bedding was itchy bathroom was dirty.

Great

When we booked this with booking.com we were sceptical. We did not want to spend half our budget on Hotel so we took our chances. This place was nice and clean, well maintained, and we really knocked a homerun by finding this bargain. I am not telling you its a Marriott but I would stay at this property anytime and will on my next visit in a couple months.

Must have had small kids 1 night above us because we could hear the patter of little feet.

Highly recommend for a quick trip

Nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. I appreciate interior hallways and elevators which this one provided and I could see the beach from my window.

No breakfast/amenities provided. Need better/more lighting in the room.

The stay was difficult and unpleasant.

LOCATION ONLY

Practically everything. Room was dirty. Card keys barely worked. Hallways and room smelled bad. Something on toilet seat, previous guests hair in bathroom, in the bedding. Everything I touched in the room was sticky.

Everything was good.

The only thing is the people right above is was Walking or jumping All Night... Told the front desk. They stop for a hour then started right back... Would stay again but hopefully the people up above us don't.

Checked all the boxes for the trip we came for.

The location was wonderful- we came in for a concert and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The rooms are small, but clean.

The lighting in the rooms is a bit dark.

Good for a short stay for the price.

Proximity to the Mississippi Coastal Colliseium, since I stayed here to attend a concert there. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is right across the street. Decent value. Facility was clean.

Parking wasn't great, but not horrible. Although the place was clean the furniture in the room did have some damage. Assuming it's older and just has wear and tear. For the price point still seemed ok, and was expected. Biggest complaint is that someone appeared to be smoking weed both on the second floor where I stayed and in 1 of the stairwells. The smell was very strong. Presumed to be someone else staying there. These were suppose to be a non smoking areas so it was just very off putting. I only spent 2 nights here and we stayed pretty busy the whole trip. Really only sleeping in the motel. With that being said I would not have been able to handle that smell for a more extended trip. To the point I would have been looking for somewhere else to stay. This also could have just been an isolated incident.

Disappointing

I’ll be honest. location and staff was good. the smell of weed was everywhere. Our room was not that clean and the sheets stunk. I mopped and cleaned it before we stayed in it. I loved my view of the beach. I did not feel safe here. I’m so sorry but I didn’t.

"You get what you pay for" No truer statement made. I just needed to get away on a budget.

The air conditioning unit worked great! It was quiet.

Room was not clean and smelled of urine and smoke. I went to get PineSol to clean and freshen. The whole 2nd for smelled of smoke. Bathroom was disgusting, old vomit on trash can, tub needed to be cleaned, no blow dryer.
