It was in a good location
It smelled like dog in the room and when I told staff they told me well it’s a disabled room many older people stay with their dogs

Nothing.
Guests with children and awful parents are placed on the top floor who torment guests on the bottom floor. Was placed in room 120 with an upstairs guest that woke us at 3 am with stomping and banging. I thought they were just getting ready for work. Never left and by 7 am, I'd had enough. Called the front desk and was told the guest might or might not be leaving. Apparently, they are the riff-raff that just live out of motels and are allowed to extend their days without checking out.
Asked to be moved, and was given the option of moving to a top floor with no refrigerator or microwave despite paying extra for those amenities. Opted for room 119 with a fridge only because there was no one above me at the time. We left for 10 hours for the 4th of July celebrations. Came back to a quiet room. As soon as we got settled and turned on the TV, the awful noise began. They could hear us moving around because the noise followed us everywhere we went in the room. Reported it to the front desk, but they did NOTHING. My daughter became so frustrated by the noise, that she banged on the ceiling and left a hole. I gladly gave them my deposit because it was worth it.
Pathetic motel.

Staff were brilliant room clean as advertised freeway noise louder than expected as door was not completely air tight bring earplugs and it’s fine.
Would have really liked a kettle and even instant coffee tea for a coffee/tea but instead walked for 35 minutes round trip to buy a coffee at the gas station.

When taking a shower, the water had good pressure.
When we got there, I checked in, and the desk girl told me there was no downstairs room available and gave us an upstairs room. When we got to our room, the room was not made and in shambels. I went back to let the desk girl know, and she said, "I'll put you in a downstairs room." We then went to that room, and the toilet was not clean, and the bed sheets were really thin. People were also walking around all the hours of the night. I will suggest staying elsewhere.

Got there was given a room supposed to have a refrigerator and microwave but no microwave but was clean and had a refrigerator. Then the next morning was asked to move to another room saying there was a problem with the air conditioning which there wasn’t it was working great and not making any noise had no issues. But was made to move rooms they said it would take 20 minutes to move rooms to be ready but it wasn’t we waited for over 3 hours and ruined our first day of our trip ! Then when we finally was able to be moved even though we didn’t need to but they were making us move. We were moved to a different room had no refrigerator nor microwave and it smelled terrible so bad we took our concerns to the office immediately and they said will bring your refrigerator. They brought us a broken refrigerator didn’t work they promised and another one and never brought us another one never did anything about the bad smell then we had a lady that was in two rooms down from us, and 221 was harassing us the whole time we were there we never bothered her never said anything to her until we got tired of telling her to stop harassing us and go away, so every time she came out we had to go inside our own room to get away because of her harassing us. Meanwhile, the office knew all these problems and did nothing. We should have a refund or a discount due to these difficulties.

The bed was dirty . Floors were dirty. I dropped the pillow on the floor by accident. When I went to pick it up a hair ball was literally stuck to the pillowcase. Bathroom towel had a long red curly hair stuck to it.

Nothing. The door was hard to open. The card reader wasn't working properly. Then the door was difficult to close and lock and latch properly so I didn't feel secure. No refrigerator and no microwave and the ice machine was out of order.
Upon check in I asked for a late check out and was told I wouldn't be given my deposit back if I did that.
I called in the morning to request a late check out and was reluctantly granted until 11:30. At approximately 11:24am one of the male employees walked in on me, I was naked/getting dressed and felt very much violated and disrespected.
When I called to make the reservation I was quoted for $50 deposit and when I arrived the girl insisted it was $60.

excellent value, good customer service
too noisy all night long. Honestly, I think the room to the left was either having a party or drug foot traffic throughout the night

Cable
Internet was worst ever

Easy access to freeway, and to SDSU.
The noise level. Not well insulated from freeway noise. Also what sounded like low bat indicator from a smoke alarm durring the night.

there was a roach in the bathroom

The fire alarm was dying in my room so every few minutes it would ring really loud. The area was sketchy, lots of wood pallets just laying around. Still haven’t received my deposit back.

The fron t desk girl was rude I wanted a down stairs room and the minute she checked me out that room became unavailable!!!
The front desk girl had poor customer service!! Down right rude

I love the staff.
The floors in the rooms are always dirty

As soon as I got there Arsie got me a first floor room in the back at 1:00pm and I’ve never even stayed there before!
I didn’t like there’s no elevator, no pool, almost half the parking is car dealership reserved. and it’s a one drive entrance into a freeway merge yield!

I usually never have any problems at this location it's quiet and staff is usually friendly
The fact that I have stayed at this location before with my 2 dogs and not had any problems and this time the woman working kept my deposit saying my dogs were over the weight limit and that is not true and she said I smoked in my room which I did not do. She said the smoke alarm was covered and I didn't do that I appreciate that it's usually a good stay at this location so I chose this one because of this reason now I will never stay there again I needed that money back and she was rude

Did not get to experience anything since they did not let me stay due to my spouse not having their ID on them. This is the first I have ever been told this, after staying at many Motel 6's across the nation. I am not sure what they are trying to achieve by having every adult show their IDs at check-in. I get me giving them mine (since I was the one paying for the room and the one that made the reservations), but why did my spouse have to give theirs?
Their policy that every person over 18 staying there has to show ID. If this is because they have had problems in the past with multiple people staying in one room, then it makes the location even less desirable.
