Quiet and peaceful

Great location nice quiet place to tuck away in for the night and it's the right thing.

Overall great hotel

Staff was very pleasant and room was very clean

The fight out in parking lot that involved police but staff controlled the situation and was very professional

Don't book here you cannot trust they will have a room or helpful staff when you arrive.

I would give negative stars if I could.

When we arrived, the lobby was locked, and a no vacancy sign was taped to the door. I rang the bell several times with no answer. I then called the hotel with no answer. About 5 minutes later, a woman came to the window and said they had no rooms. I showed her my reservation which was for two nights that I made a month ago, and she stated they had no rooms and walked away—leaving me to find new accommodations at 11 pm in the rain.

very dirty, I had to buy cleaning products to clean out tub. spiders everywhere. dirty ice machine w/ a red residue in it.

Dirty!! even if it is cheap, don’t go there.

The „non-smoking“ room smelled strongly and the blankets had burned holes of cigarettes. The whole room was absolutely dirty.

The fact that I was moved but still wasn't up to standards

I had the worst experience I had to be put into a new room because of the first one just being just nasty. I understand it was a smoking room but that was something more than that. I asked to be put on the first floor due to my leg injury and I was placed on the second floor room that I just explained.

I would never book there again I paid good money to stay there and it's disgusting

The place was filthy people three people the week before we got there died and one man died in the room a few days before we got there

The front desk they're very rude you ask for towels they tell you no

Nothing the mattresses had no mattress covers they we’re horribly stained with blood that wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned the air filters were just left on microwave and we had no blankets. The refrigerator was disgusting with food and red liquid all over it inside. The bathroom windows were all broke up and there were dirty towels rolled up and put where the clean ones are suppose to go. After checking out they charged the card on file 4 different times at 4 different prices and then accused us of stealing blankets and pillows. Horrible customer service the woman had an attitude and acted as if I was trying to argue with her and threatened to call the police when all I did was ask a question with normal tone.

my room smelled like cigarettes. dead bugs and dust on the window sill, poop smears in the toilet and poop splatter under the toilet seat. just not kept up with.
