I was very irritated about the whole experience.

Conveniently located

I had searched hotels with a pool because I wanted to go swimming on my vacation but the pool was closed for maintenance both days. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She said quote , “People get hotels for the room, not for the pool.” Then she told me that I should be grateful because she waived my deposit. I also did not get the King room that I had booked because they had shampooed that rooms carpets. She acted like it was a good thing that she gave me a double queen room instead. But the air conditioner was broke in that room and we had to move rooms to a double room with double beds. The whole stay was irritating and I was very upset that my vacation days were mediocre and glum due to not getting what I thought I was paying for.

Disappointed

Our hotel room was dirty. I couldn't even walk on the floor without my shoes on. The bathroom floors were gross. Whoever cleaned it last was not thorough. I'm not sure if the towels were washed or if they were reused from the previous customer, as they were not completely folded. It was hard to sleep knowing I was surrounded in a filthy environment. The place has potential. However, they would need staff that is willing to work and keep up with cleanliness.

The staff being rude when we checked in. And also the smell of weed all through the hotel! They were trying to cover the smell with sensy warmer which gave me a migraine! Was Afraid to say anything, because how rude they were to us

I’m not very happy

There was cockroaches in the rooms, so my stay was not very long was not very pleasant. I went through the app now I have to wait for my money to get returned. In other words I’ll be sleeping in a vehicle because nobody is willing to do anything. I can’t get my money back I’m tired I’m hungry and I get to stay in my car because I don’t have a hotel to go to because I spent my money on this hotel.

Price and convenience location

Not enough towels and we had to ask for more tissue paper and there was only 1/2 roll in the bathroom. Could have been a bit cleaner.

Will probably not choose Wyndom Again.

Location excellent for my needs.

Poor offerings for "breakfast". TV very small and I could not find local weather and news. Did not restock towels, coffee, shampoo, etc. Pool was closed.

Location and cleanliness . First glance entering property. Not welcoming. Room visually ok until your in it and noticed cleaning is sub par. In all honesty Its a place you stay when you have little option. Wouldn't be a first or second choice.

dirty, gum stuck to carpet mold on ceiling tub faucet handle broke off hairdryer bracket broke off wall kleenex bracket hanging half on half off.bathroom sink did not have a stopper. Outside the property the landscape beds were full of weeds, nothing has been upkept

It was clean, the tub had a non slippery mat on and clean top, the towels and linen were clean , the TV worked and had cable, fluffy pillows !!! Air Conditioner worked great.

The smell in the room when you firstt walk in , a bit musty. No freezer in mini fridge.

When we walked in it smelled of pot. Next morning we went to breakfast and wasn't much to offer and it again smelled like pot we were there to watch my granddaughter play volleyball.

Convenient. Location to other places. We can leave and go visit other places and it was easy to get to.

Wish it had more than one chair in the room. There was 2 people and one chair.. Didn't leave wash clothes

This place is a dump!

Location

It was dirty, the rooms were dim and dark, the tub has mold around it. the cover were old and with stains on them. The staff was rude, racist and disrespectful to me in front of my kids. Then they wouldn’t return my money for the day that I didn’t stay because they called LSPD before 9am on me and my kids for no reason just because asked for another room key. They don’t care and it’s obvious just want your money.
