Not happy!

Nothing but location

No smoke alarms, no secondary locks on door, light switch didn't turn on lights, daylight under the door, couldn't access the AC, Bathroom wall tile was taped to wall, bathroom door wouldn't close, beds uncomfortable, had to turn both room lights on to turn one off, slipped in bathtube.

I really hate leaving bad Overall I don’t think we would stay here again. It needs a over haul!

Staff was very nice and accommodating ( as much as they could be) . Location was great only several minutes away from the amusement park we were visiting.

We had to be moved 3 times. The first room offered was a smoking room and it smelled like a bar. We had our children and my booking said non smoking. Went in they gave me a new key walked right over the second room as soon as I opened the door it smelled like a wet dog/ mildew… so walked right back and they gave us 1 more key and said that would be the last room available. Walked in no smell, looked clean and decent enough to not head back home the 3 hours we drove ,so we stayed. It also said there was a restaurant or bar which was not open and apparently has been closed since Covid. Didn’t bother us much since we wouldn’t be using those facilities anyway.

The staff was nice, property needs renovations.

The location was good. However the property is too old and needs improvement. The bathroom door was not work, we are unable to close it properly. The carpeting needs to be changed. The breakfast was minimal. No cereals, eggs.etc.

Worst ever. You should be ashamed to have them on your list. If I do not get a full refund I will never use booking.com

Nothing. It was horrible. We departed and went to comfort suites as soon as we saw the room

Dirty . Bugs or ants in the bed. Lights did not work. Mattress was about 3 inches thick and it sat on hard springs. Comparable to a prison bed. Cigarette or drug burn holes in toilet seat.appearance of possible drug activities in adjacent rooms. Mattresses stacked outside. It appeared like they were discarding them.front door was locked and you had to ring doorbell numerous times to get staff help. Worst motel I ever saw and price was the same as the comfort suites which we relocated too and comfort suites was like a dream stay.

It was good for a one night stay.

Clean room, comfy bed. Easy to get to.

Little loud above my room, even though it was only one story with dormers above. So was a little confused where the noise was coming from. Though it did quiet down around 11 pm.

For the amount of money spent was very disappointed

Location was just fine.

Room had limited lighting. Towels felt like sand paper, must of been 10 yrs old. No refrigerator.

The room was totally disgusting! We only lasted one hour there due to the disgusting things in that room.

Un kept rooms

Location

Rooms had to be changed 3 times First room smelled of urine .Second room one side of window was boarded up with wood and you can put ya hand in and touch the screen in the room. Third room smelled like mildew but I was able to disinfect the foom and get rid of the smell after we were out of the room for 6 hrs.Will not be back

Good

I really liked the location and the easy way to check in. It was pretty clean and the air conditioning worked well. And the water pressure in the shower was great. The refrigerator worked good too.

Really the only thing that was upsetting was the card key to get in the room. Very Very hard to get it to work. Lost 2 points just for that.

there was a couple spiders in the bathroom but went and said something and they gave us spray and it’s also in the woods so it’s expected

Horrible stay. We paid for two nights and only stayed one.

Sorry. This was the worst room I have ever seen.

The pubic hair that someone shaved on to the toilet and sink. The smell was horrible. There was leftover food in the trash.

worst service not fit for my dogs management very unfriendly very unclean

absolutely nothing. was not what was advertised online. smoke free room full of smoke. left and went to get freshener to spray in the room and finally hit the smell out after a while can of centrex used

not clean towels stiff as boards food in the freezer and fridge smelled like mold. very unsafe environment around fur having small children first time ever felt like my room would be broke into did not bring a Turing out of the car

Disappointing

The price was right.

Toilet didn't work in one room, TV didnt work in one room, fridge didnt work in one of the 2 rooms we booked. We booked double queen rooms and were informed when we got there they were double full rooms only. Rooms were musty and needed aired out.

It was the filthiest place ever. I gaged from the moldy smell when I first walked in the door. Had to go buy Lysol wipes and clean everything! Bugs in corners carpet looked to be 100 years old and was disgustingly dirty. The towels in the bathroom were like sand paper. The mattresses on the beds were so old that they had dents in them and the blankets looked To be as old as the carpet. Very disappointed. I could have went to the comfort Inn down the street for the same price, but didn't want to deal with the hassel as I didn't have time.

I was disappointed, but if you need someplace to just sleep and shower it was sufficient.

The location to visit my friends was convenient.

It was advertised that breakfast was included, in the morning the office was locked and there wasn't even coffee available. It is also advertised that there is a bar and restaurant, there is not, and they have no intention of opening one. There was something strange going on the one night I was there. I heard some strange information about this place from local residents that disturbing.

It was Definitely worth the rate,and I actually did stay there again

It's in a nice location,it was clean,just needs a little updated,it was quite for the most part there were ppl in the room beside us yelling and fighting and just being extremely loud all night but mostly at night I called the front and mentioned it,never had a problem after that

The phone,and it was dark the room only had 1 lamp and there was no fan in the bathroom to vent,
