Rooms were big enough for family.
Not very clean. Couldn't turn fans on due to dust covering. Toilet was leaking in the bathroom so a lot of our clothes were soaked. We arrived at 6 and found out the pool closed at 8. Within an hour they closed the kid area because someone pooped in the pool. Nothing for the kids to do and as well as parents because they couldn't even sit next to us in the hot tub. The bar and food area were OUT of everything. The shower area was disgusting to go into and they were not busy at all to be that unclean. Our pullout beds were filthy with crumbs and other food/trash. Our beds were not made and made it very difficult to make on the top bunk for an elderly adult to make.

Nice location and where view.
Bed was uncomfortable and hard. A couple of room items were not stocked. O really it was good though.

There was no breakfast. Very disappointing and Inconvenient.

Easy to find
The area that we stayed in was outdated the patio was dirty the door frame to the patio was broke no microwave the phone didn’t work staff were rude the water park closes at 8 too early for adults or older kids too expensive

the kids were happy with the pool and able to spend 6 hours there.
the beds were comfortable.
balcony is a nice touch.
lifeguards were attentive and staff was decent.
laid back environment.
many things in the room looked like they had been covered in frosted kid fingers.
bathroom needed to be cleaned better.
no microwave in room.
no breakfast options on site.
kids ended up with a rash from the pool after swimming and had to be caked in lotion before bed.
arcade and pool were only taking cash so we had to use lobby ATM and got a bunch of atm fees. hot tub not in working order and that was the only reason i packed a suit. i've heard it's pretty much always broken.
expensive for what you get (small rooms, not very clean, ice machine on our floor wasn't working, no microwave.)

We always stay here when we go, and we enjoy it eveeytime.
Our room was oddly small for a typical hotel room, very small window as well. But very clean and cozy. Fine for a night.

we both got sick the night we stayed and cut our trip short - unclean / loud with kids running in halls and people walking above - this was our 4th year going ice fishing but the resort made us both sick

Location was at the half way point home for us, perfect location. Reasonable value though seemed to be designed for the summer months. We went to the breakfast barn and had the best breakfast in years.
Lots of sub par parents not watching kids with liquor in hand. Lots of activity near our room until about 11pm.

it’s quiet
the staff wasn’t helpful and I didn’t get enough passes for my family, which I was told I would get 4 and when I got there it was 2? I actually checked in with the lady who told me I would get 4. She then back pedaled and wouldn’t give me what she initially told me.
The town was creepy, people very unfriendly 😕

Arcade, restaurants, outside pool (when open).
Beds were awful. Rooms had a fridge but no microwave. Inside pool was open but outside was closed when it was in the 90s and then the reverse when it was high 70s. Made no sense.

Location
Paper thin walls, kids running, not a single amenity on or available at/on property: coffee was colored water; no breakfast; tiny water park.

Waterpark, pools and restaurants were all open and seemed well staffed.
Never received a room receipt due to computer's were down, asked to email me one and that has yet to happen. Cuputer's seemed to be down alot. Refrigerator in our room leaked and no one attended to it.
9.0 / 10.0
The location, and views. Also access to water park and pools.
No breakfast included. Only two water park passes included so we had to pay for two extra each day.

The location and amenities were cool.
It was me and my best friend. I booked a double queen room and the room we got felt like a closet. It only had one bed and we didn't even have a balcony. I figured for the price we would have at least gotten a balcony. We tried to call and see if we could get a different room and the front desk was less than helpful. Normally hotels have brochures on things you could possibly do during your stay, or at least a TV guide. Our room had none of that. We called for a late checkout and again the staff was less then accommodating.

the pools were nice. didn’t like the fact that you had to pay each time you wanted to swim. hotel guest should get to use pool facilities with no charge as already paying to stay there and no free breakfast or even a microwave in the room and pay a resort fee.
no microwaves in the rooms, staff were not available for questions. hotel guests having to pay each day to use the pool. rooms weren’t very clean and could use some updating

Waterpark and the space of the king suit
Staff was very unorganized and did not apprear to know what they were doing. Check in was at 4pm. Rooms were not clean by then waited til 6pm for a room (fyi- we were not the only family waiting- id say 6-7 families were waiting for a room). The wait included staff providing my family with a key to an occupied room and giving us a key that did not work. I was very underwhelmed by the facility. I recommend other families staying somewhere else and pay full price for the Waterpark. No impressed for what I paid.

when I arrived at the hotel check in. the 2 ladies that where at the counter didn’t acknowledge that I was there. until I told them who I was. very unprofessional, didn’t get any information Marion about the resort just told that our room is on the bottom floor of the building over there.

location and restaurants were nice.
dirty and dated. for the price of the room it should note be dirty and have walls marked up and lamps not working, covers broken off outlets and switches.

Everything, staff was friendly & room was great. Location was wonderful
Maybe the coffee in the room. Coffee in lobby was great

The indoor water park
Had a Suite which only included 2 swim passes. I would expect you're covered for at least a family of four for what you get a room for.
