We were aware that we had a handicap space but it was not set up as such. Not enough towels

Price

Only given one wash cloth an no bath mat. Dogs barking at 2 am and faucet made terrible noise and did not give hot water as well as would lift off the sink base.

Red roof inn, great location!

Breakfast bar, and goodies. Good location. Friendly staff.

Needing more deep cleaning in room. Bigger fridge and updates needed.

Disappointing

Room was clean.

Didn’t like how people were just outside hanging out around smoking and being loud. These people have to be living there. Cats and dogs around. All parking spaces full.

Would Not Recommend

It was dry and didn't flood

The bedding was visibly stained and foul smelling. Including some of the pillow cases. No resolution was offered the first night. We would not have stayed if it weren't for the late check-in and flash flood warning.

Good

The room was generally clean except for the mirror which needed polishing, the armchair had a stain and the area directly around the AC unit needed tidying up.

Guests who are smokers are smoking in the corridors, in the stairs and just about anywhere outside to the detriment of non smoking guests. Kindly strictly designate a specific smoking area.

I pray Father God above gives me a chance to Bless the owners and staff the way my family was.

I absolutely love the peace and quiet in the comfortable rooms they provide. They are always Grade A in cleanliness and sanitary every visit. But I love the professional and hospitality attitudes of the employees. And I have to say that the owners of the establishment have absolutely exceeded any and all of the others in and around the surrounding areas throughout the times I have stayed in the hotels for periods at a time since before the pandemic started.

Actually I still haven't been able to find anything I can say I disliked with this establishment.

Very poor

The guy at the front desk was friendly but he couldn't help with any questions I had. Asked'd him about a restaurant right across the street and he directed me to Walmart. Then my room which was a non-smoking room smelled as if it had ashtrays that needed to be emptied. The remote didn't work for the TV. Roaches were out playing all night. And the other guests were loud and arguing all night. It was not a pleasant experience.

Ice machine didn't work, no ice anywhere on hotel property, no hot chocolate, foundation drinks down, needed towels and use broom to clean up rice spill, bour room heat/cool unit didn't work, staff very rude and inconsiderate, cold

In room bugs,headboard with lipstick lip imprint, mold in ceiling in bathroom, bathroom can completely clogged up, cobwebs attached to curtains, and all the fixtures needed wiping down.

Location was great. With that being said, you'd expect for the accommodations to be better maintained to attract more travelers from the Blue Ridge parkway and Blowing rock/Boone attractions.

Could have been a better level of cleaning. Not enough towels. Rooms did not match the pictures on booking.com. Selection and spacing for the continental breakfast were lacking. Could have been worse but definitely could have been better.

the location of the property was awesome. it I located between many restaurants that you can easily walk to.

the sheets were dirty, towels dirty, basically the place had not been clean.
