The hotel and staff have an amazing energy, it was a perfect stay!

The staff was amazing and so helpful! The beds were comfy and breakfast was yummy!

Disappointing

Very little variety for breakfast. Fitness room was pitiful. Room smelled musty.

Ok for an overnight stay

Nice lady at front desk, beds comfy, room spacious.

Pool is located at front desk, large windows, no privacy or relaxation possible. Window did not open, had to switch rooms. Breakfast needs an Update! Very small room, only to tables were usable. On the other tables chairs had been placed (not very welcoming). Scrambled eggs were cold and tasted like paper - please do it good or don‘t offer them at all. No waffle maker (worst breakfast of our 5-week-20-motels-stay).

Good value for a clean comfortable room. I would choose it again.

The room looked and smelled quite clean. The furnishing were in good repair. There was enough room to comfortably sit and read.

Breakfast was lacking somewhat in choices.

would not recommend to a couple planning on visiting Pella, IA

Friendly staff, helpful

water in pool was too cold to swim, broken tiles , loose tiles, missing grout in bathroom floor, sloppy painting, paint on trim, etc.; broken suitcase trolley laying on its side in hallway

I might stay here again, but the next time I'm in town, I'll likely try another hotel.

The location was good, right off the highway. The grounds were clean and well maintained, along with the lobby. Breakfast was pretty good and my kids liked it, so a win.

The pool was possibly the coldest water I've ever felt. My kid's lips turned blue almost immediatly upon entering the water and we couldn't use the pool, one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. The door handle to our room was loose and hanging, I had to put a shoulder to the door to get in.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

The staff at the front desk were so kind. The facility and rooms were very clean. Good location. Front lobby and pool area are very nice.

Breakfast was just okay.

No elevator. unfortunately no rooms available on 1st floor - had to carry luggage up stairs

It was what I expected. I didn't need much.

The staff was very friendly and when I asked for things that were not necessary they were super helpful. It was also very clean.

The rooms were a little cramped but served my purpose.
