And see it is in a good location for you can go ahead and get other things that you need to go ahead

And see I just didn’t go ahead and get breakfast from there and see the room was good, but I just had to asked for things that supposed to be already in the room and so that is what it made me feel a little bit confused about that

That the room was great with the king size bed and so the bathroom could have been better for the price

dirty, cigarette burn holes all over the blanket & comforter as well as the furniture. non smoking room was apparently a smoking room before. reserved a handicapped room was not a handicap room. office locked when I went to get coffee at 7:00 am

We booked it. But could not stay. It was NOT CLEAN. To be nice with the words. They false advertise. No brrakfast. Or.pool. please do not book this hotel. And booking, Please look at this hotel. It is BAD!

It was horrible- the worse

There was no breakfast - pool was broke- no spa or meals.. everything was a lie. They changed my room when I got there-- I couldn't get the room I paid for-- bathroom seat was broke- hole in the ceiling of the bathroom++ when the person above showered it leaked into are room... Two of the lights didn't work-- didn't get my deposit back. Horrible -- left early - didn't even stay the whole weekend ever though I paid for it.. ugh... Never again

Location.

The room was not cleaned very well. Shower had all kinds of stains, sheets had stains. The pictures look nothing like the room. Pool was closed when it specifically stated it was open. No breakfast like stated, I wouldn't have eat it anyway. The wall sockets are worn out & cant plug up phone chargers. The lamps on/off switches were broken so I had to unscrew light bulb just to plug up c-pap machine. Will I stay again. No I sure will not.

How do you think it was nasty dirty the people they were low-grade I believe they live in there terrible hotel one of the worst hotels I ever been in Alma 61 years of life

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable

The pool was closed even though the booking said it was open multiple times. The kitchen was “being remodeled” so there was no breakfast even though the booking said it was included in the cost. There was no elevator for moving baggage to the 2nd floor. Our door did not close fully.
