Location only.

Would never book there again. The AC would not cool the room down. Tried toughing it out. There were also a bunch of dead ants in the bathroom. Final straw was the roaches.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and clean!!

The clerk at check in was unfriendly!! Cause I told her that I had booked on line!! Gave her my reference number!! Then she asked my question s that I had already answered!! So I'm hoping this improves!! Also the shower head needs to be replaced!! Cause it didn't work properly!! And the tub was very slippery!! Thank You!!

it’s right off hey 10 in Seguin.

the last time we stayed downstairs and it was prefect. this time was upstairs. the refrigerator didn’t work, shower had no pressure and shower curtain was dirty.

We will not be back. We were uncomfortable and the staff was rude.

We didn't like anything about it.

The front desk clerk was very rude. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We saw roaches in our room. The cleaning staff left blood marks on my husband's pillow. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door. The shower had a leak and molded shower wall.
