It was offered but not provided

The smell of the room. Tv did not work , nor refrigerator. TV remote was held together with tape and no backing. It was a complete dive Very dirty. Would never ever stay at a Day' s Inn again. The neighbors kept us up until 2.30 am with loud conversations on their cell phones

It was awful. We frozen and felt like we were living in filth. No maid service

Cleaner quieter some heat in the 20 degree nights. Staff that cared and were not rude a pool that didn't look like a brown and green swamp. A breakfast that had more than 1 choice a hotels coffee cake in wrapper. Not having trash all over the grounds

The location is good.

The bed was not freshly cleaned, we found pubic hair in it and stained linen. The breakfast was horrific. Undrinkable coffee with only proceeded small coffee cakes and paper thin pancakes. No fruit, no cereal, no yogurt. Ripoff.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean

There were no bath towels left in the room. Didn't notice until I was ready for bed. Went to get some the next morning. Office Didn't open until 6. Needed to get going so Didn't shower just washed up with the hand towels. Breakfast was very limited

Exceptional

The staff was so nice and generous. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable .Very good breakfast . My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and we'll definitely be back.

Not satisfied with my stay.

The room was outdated and our shower was filthy and had not been cleaned. Nothing was done to resolve the issue with the dirty shower.

You get what you pay for!

was easy to find. right off highway

Very run down. No elevator. Room was super hot! The knobs were ripped off the air conditioner and laying in the windowsill. It was very loud and on it’s last leg. We were all too warm to sleep well. The shower walls had been painted and it was chipping off. mold in cracks of shower. For a room that was supposed to sleep 4 people there were only towels for two.

Located close to my business meeting That's about it. Really - that was it.

I felt very unsafe. I was put in a room in the 2nd building in the back. No elevator to 2nd floor. Sketchy people hanging around. Dog chased me to my car. I was afraid to go outside. Room smelled of smoke. Cigarette holes in blanket. Towels were stained. Remote had no battery cover to hold batteries in. Couldn't find me at check in - had to call the manager, despite having a reservation and confirmation

pulled up with ambulance pulling out, some one overdosed. Supposedly non-smoking room, but didn't smell that way, and an ash tray on the table? Some drunk guy banging on the door at 2am.

The location was the greatest we were within 15 Miles from all attractions in all the directions the hotel was good if you didn't need anything the ice machine wasn't working, we lost power just using the microwave and the breakfast was good also considering the times we in , the front desk people were not friendly you need new staff, I wish I lived there I would apply and show them how it's done I work at a hotel in Raleigh NC myself so I know the job 🙂
