Was very uncomfortable,unsanitary,smelt bad and I will not be returning

Nothing was dirty plug ins hanging out the wall without covers on it a fire and safety hazard room was dirty whole place smelled bad, the Bible was defaced and vandalized with profanity there was a huge hole in the carpet

No staff. To accommodate the lady who checked us in was the only friendly person. Won’t go back!

There was no breakfast! Very sad and bleak presentation! Don’t stay at Kelso WA Red Lion!

The chair in the room was filthy, we asked for a sheet to cover it with so we could sit down. It was in dire need of an upgrade! Breakfast Was supposed to go til 10 we got there at 8:45 there was a few cold potatoes and some sausage patties, no coffee, no forks, we pushed the button for more food, some of the other 12 people that x came and left pushed the button as well. My husband went to get assistance any the front desk she came with an attitude to get some coffee making! At 9:30 someone came from the kitchen and said there wasn’t any more food till Tuesday! No eggs , 2 rotten apples and 1 ugly orange no pastries the dining area was nice looking it would have been fine if there was actually food,

Like stepping back to 1970s.

Breakfast was terrible. We were there 30 minutes after start and out of everything.

Air in room broken. Breakfast totally lacking. Better not to have it. No coffee in room either.

Wont stay again

Room clean bed comfortable

Room trashed when I came back after work all my stuff gone. I didnt stay the second night I had paid for I drove home didnt feel safe staying there another night

Large room, king bed. Refrigerator worked, heat worked. Room was quiet unless people were in the hallway. Seemed clean except for carpet spots. No bad smells. Breakfast was fine, good sausages.

Stairway and Hallway was dirty glass on entry door to stairs was broken. A lot of dogs staying there and being walked everywhere. Could hear them barking in room . Wish they were kept away from non dog rooms and parking. Its a known fact All red Lion properties are going downhill but the price is good for the current environment.

Staff was nice and friendly

Seemed rooms were not well kept. Smoke detector in the room was pulled from the wall dangling by wires. I was concered I'd find a shiv or so e drugs hidden in my room because of all the deals going down in the parking lot.

Disappointing

Nice staff good breakfast.

When i got in the room nothing was plugged in and the room stunk like the refrigerator. The toilet in the bath room would not stop running all night long.

Everything but the very rude lady that worked during the morning Early afternoon shift on New years eve..so rude! In fact needs to be reported to the better business bureau!

At least the price went down with the quality.

Perfect location for us. I remember many years back to when it was a top hotel in the area.

The fire alarm in the room was disassembled with wires sticking out. The scrambled eggs must have run out earlier in the morning as the only eggs left were dry and hard and nobody bothered to make more for the final hour of breakfast.

Bed was comfortable

To start there was several places in the room were there was spackle from a hole being replaced or places that needed spackle there was none. Horrible patchwork and sheet rock work by maintenance. Tub in bathroom slow to drain so you stand in ankle deep water while showering. Check out time was noon but housekeeping starts knocking on the door at 9 and 10 waking you up to see if you have left yet. Trying to reach the front desk took several phone calls before they would answer the phone. The most pleasant part of the entire experience was the front desk lady that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful

want my laptop and money back and for mikaylato go to sensitivity training if not fired.

it was nice until my MacBook got stolen out of my room and the only people it could be would be the cleaning crew

it was nice until my MacBook got stolen out of my room and the only people it could be would be the cleaning crew. told front staff and they denied it wouldn’t let me see a manager wouldn’t tell me when a manager was gonna be in was very unperfessional when it came down to a unhappy guest and theft then started to yell and name call.

I will not stay at this Red lion ever again thought they were better hotel chain.

Breakfast featured hot eggs.

The room was not cleaned well. The toilet had Urine stain on the toilet. The bed was too old and made for a difficult sleep.
