Overall the hotel was good. The elevator noisy and loud which resulted in some uncomfortable noise in room

A clean, modern room in a convenient spot

The hotel provided a nice room with a great shower. The hotel location was excellent and adjacent to reasonably priced public parking.

The room looked directly into a high-rise parking garage perhaps 10 feet away.

Everyone was so friendly the valet people were very friendly, made my trip very easy, and will definitely stay with y'all again. Thank you so much 💓 the place was absolutely spotless clean

Nothing this hotel in infective with bed bugs and my whole group caught covid. Then at check out the lady said to call back with our results they should closed down

Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

We were in town for a cruise and decided to stay one more night in NOLA after returning. AC Hotel were very accommodating for an early check-in. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and gave helpful information on laundry services that were available free of charge. The location was great for tourists and direct access to Canal and Bourbon St. We will definitely return to this location when in town again. Thanks for a great experience!

I don’t like the expensive valet parking costs and self parking is always too far.

I like to stay at different hotels but this one was not my favorite.

The staff was friendly.

The rooms were very small and not a great view at all. Our view was an old building, there was only on window. It just did not meet my expectations at all.

Friendly environment

Marquita is the best! She helped us a lot with our baggage and bill problems. The breakfast was varied and included cereals and fruits. Very friendly staff during breakfast time (we had it around 6:30am).
