Nice breakfast. Great location. Extremely clean. Older motel completely refurbished. Everything inside and out was perfect. Nice and quiet. People sitting outside relaxing in the evening near their rooms or in the yard. Barry's Car Barn is close and very nice. Stoltzfus Meats is close and has a restaurant called Amos which was great for soup and sandwiches. Cackleberry Antique Mall very close. Bird-In-Hand Farmers Market had really nice shops there. Not very far to get to outlets and other things. You could walk to Kitchen Kettle Village if you're in good shape.
A minor comment - not a deal breaker. The A/C unit in the room is a little loud.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast, good value for money.
Really minor-I had to think about it. The only thing I wished they had was hooks on the back of the bathroom door so you can keep your clean clothes dry as you shower. There was nowhere to put your clean clothes as you showered.

When we entered the room you could smell the cleaning products that were used- this was a great thing! The room was very clean and what I had expected! The breakfast was awesome, staff was so friendly and the accommodations were excellent for the economical price.
There was nothing that was unsatisfactory about this property.

The breakfast was very nice, big variety. Very friendly staff.
The only thing I think could improve would be new safety strips in the bathtubs.

Friendly staff and clean room
Smelly room, quite old and noisy aircon.

As always I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Always very clean, mattress and pillows are comfortable, excellent location. Nice selections for breakfast (love the sausage gravy and biscuits!) Did not take advantage of the fire pit but did enjoy sitting out at the back of the property enjoying a cup of coffee. Great to be close enough to walk to Kitchen Kettle. And as a solo traveler I appreciate the security latch on the windows that allowed me to leave the window open a few inches and enjoy the fresh air without any safety concern.
Nothing I disliked

Friendly staff, great breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed the complinetary bus tour with super guide. Unfortunately stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. However the receptionist recommended Deinnas restaurant which is a mustn't miss if you're staying there. Exceptional value, service and quality.

The breakfast was great! And the staff was very accommodating, and helpful. They have a fire pit out back with a bunch of chairs next to a corn field, so you can feel like you’re not in the middle of the busyness. The bathroom in the room was clean, and they had delicious coffee waiting at all hours of the day at the front.
The floors were extremely dirty, and sticky for some reason. After a few treks back and forth on the carpet in bare feet, mine and my sons were black. So I laid towels and such down so that I didn’t have to feel the sticky or have dirty feet.

THE PLACE WAS WONDERFUL. STAFF WAS GREAT. THE ROOM ARE SO CLEAN. IT IS IN A QUIET PART OF TOWN. IT IS A LITTLE FARTHER OUT DOWN THE ROAD BUT WORTH IT.

The Location was great near Kitchen Kettle Village. Very clean and polite staff, breakfast was good. We were able to swim at one if their other facilities just down the rd and got 20% off dinner at the Bird in Hand family restaurant. My granddaughter loved watching the horse and buggies go by, we went for a buggy ride the next morning. Will go back again for sure.
Everything was great, the breakfast dining area is small but there is room outside to sit or you can go back to your room because everything is close together.

Super clean. Staff is outstanding. We only had coffee
Nothing could be better. Was fabulous. Wish we stayed longer

The breakfast was the average complimentary breakfast now served at motels. Lots of carbs, old fruit and little protein.
Noise from the road and kids next door crying at 2 AM.

Was very pleased with this property. Beautiful landscaping with plenty of places to sit outside. Loved the firepit out back. Friends and us spent most of our time out there visiting. Rooms were spotless.

Very clean. The surrounding area is in Amish country, so it's pleasant and picturesque. The breakfast has a nice variety, and it's cheaper than other places nearby. They offered us a 20% discount at a nearby buffet restaurant (that they also own), and that too was a nice experience.
The breakfast room doubles as the front office and is a little small, but there's nothing stopping you from taking the breakfast outside, at least in good weather. It's really only an issue if all the guests decide to have breakfast at once.

The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfy. Right in town and conveniently located.
Bring your own coffee or walk up the street. Their's is horrible.

This motel goes above and beyond in every respect. You can actually feel how clean the rooms are when you enter. The breakfast is much more than expected from a small property and has lots of choices. This is our second stay there and we will most certainly stay again. The front desk staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
I don't think they could improve any more than they are. This is a wonderful place to stay. We love it!

We just had the continental breakfast in the lobby. Everything was good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Also, enjoyed meeting the other guests.
The buffet at the restaurant could have been better. The staff and help were excellent. We were there at the end of lunch and things weren't filled.

The breakfast area went well beyond our expectations. They have a good selection of breakfast items and the staff could not have treated us any better. Their housekeeping is above reproach and we will definitely stay here again....and again....and again!
