Charming place, great staff and great location.
2.5
The location was excellent and I'm sure the facilities were overall good, but we were not prepared for the walk up 3 flights of steps with our baggage to get to our very small room in the adjunct building.
5.0
The breakfast was great and the location is nice and lovely.
The sink in the bathroom could be better if you be able to mix the cold water and the Hot water in the same faucet . Thanks.
4.0
Close to Cape May center, quaint Victorian setting and a very friendly accommodating staff.
High tea was minimal. Breakfast was more of a continental venue.

comfy bed, great complimentary breakfast, coffee was awesome, free soft drinks, beautiful property
no parking so I had to park 4 blocks away and I don’t like not having my car visible. there’s parking in front of the property but it’s metered and you can only park til 10pm and then move. when I say NO parking I mean NO parking.

The location of the B & B was great. I could walk to everything. The room and facility was very clean and the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.
The fact that I had to leave.

We absolutely loved Queen Victoria! It was a really beautiful property, the staff was great, the room was clean but small, I wished we'd have had a more comfy chair to sit in and read, but the breakfast was fantastic and the bikes were perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the off seasons.
Like I said, the room was a bit small

Loved the ambiance and attention to detail in hospitality.

Staff and location
Bed was uncomfortable.
2.5
The attention to detail in this Victorian era stay is great, including the Afternoon Tea, and the wonderful breakfast.
The room was significantly smaller. The shower in the room was tiny. There was no tub. The TV remote control was an older model, and it was hard to operate the television.
The woman, Instead of showing us where our room was (we found out it was in another building entirely), were given a map with highlighter circles. The Princess Beatrice room, located on the third floor of the House of Royals building.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the fruit and granola as well as the sausage and French Toast.
Only Street Parking for most rooms

Breakfast was delicious and the house is very beautiful. The staff went above and beyond when they found out we got engaged the day before and put a very nice photo of the house in our room with a "Congratulations!".
The room we stayed in, Benjamin Disraeli was very small. There are other larger rooms of course that are more expensive.

The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor was a pleasant surprise. Providing a pantry of goods: a variety of soft drinks, teas and coffees, (instant hot water), sherry (!), baked goods for guests is a charming touch. A towel heating bar in the bathroom - such an unexpected addition. Toiletry items particular to the Queen Victoria are generously provided. The selection of goods for breakfast assures there is something for everyone.
The room temperature was a bit warm for me even after I attempted to cool it for sleeping.

Very nice breakfasts. Complimentary hot & cold drinks, exquisite pastries, great coffee, good stuff.
Breakfast hostess was great!
It was all good. A few minors not worth mentioning.
2.5
The main building, the landscaping
Breakfast physical facilities. Breakfast food was mediocre. Room very small with no comfortable seating. Staff should be masked.
5.0
Excellent location, short walk to the beach, restaurants, mall. Beautiful property with nice porches for sitting outside relaxing. Yummy generous breakfasts.
Inadequate serving pieces during afternoon tea leaving guests to use their hands.
4.0
The covid lockdown breakfast was unexpected and unnecessary
