I had to pay double for my dog or cancel.

Good location, pet friendly.

We arrived with a booking.com reservation. We had a dog with us since it was pet friendly. There was a sign stating that there was a $20 pet fee. I told the receptionist that I had a dog. I was told that they did not have a dog friendly room and I had to pay $40 for my dog although the sign said $20 per dog. They offered to cancel but we needed a room so we paid the $40 fee. Not right.

For a one nighter, it was fine.

Room was large and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and window could be opened. Mini fridge was roomy. Shower was hot.

There was no protein option for breakfast except for refrigerated mini sausage burgers and burritos to put in the microwave. The rest was carbs. I went to the truck stop for some hard boiled eggs. Also, this motel is on the outskirts of town. No walking options and only one small restaurant near by.

Great experience

Room was clean, nicely laid out, had a hair dryer and amenities. Great staff, good breakfast. They even had whole bottles of dove products in the shower!

Limited parking in front.

Breakfast area was a mess!

The breakfast area was out of milk, no creamer, coffee was out/cold! Desk attendant was unable to correct these issues! It appeared that non residents were getting free breakfast! Many were taking large amounts of food with them!

The beds were decently comfortable but honestly it was not worth my money and want a refund.

The check in staff was friendly and make some recommendations about the Indian restaurant nearby. Also made small talk and seemed to genuinely care what we were headed through town for.

The room was dirty, the shower would not drain so after a long day of driving only one person got to even take a short shower. There were alterations made in the bathroom that exposed fan wires and breakfast was inedible because of an ant infestation. Breakfast was the whole reason we booked here to save time in the morning and we ended up having to go to Starbucks anyway.

Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere! No complaints at all and will definitely use them again when we visit !

No dislikes ! We had a lot of things to fit in and wanted a place a little out of the way to relax when we got back to the room at night ! It was perfect

Extremely clean room, was very quiet and staff very friendly. Easy access from I 40, gas stations just up the road.

Clean enough and comfortable enough. Our stay was fine

The breakfast was small. The location was off to the side a little bit but it was good for us because we don't like being in a busy area.

The breakfast could be better. The side door into the hotel that supposed to need a room key was broke. Anybody could just walk in.

It was a comfortable stay for the night.

The price is right and the location is good. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is nice. The Dove shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch.

The selection at breakfast was minimal. Usually you have more fruit and pastry selections. I used your equipment at the gym but I had to wipe the dust off of the treadmill and elliptical machine before using it, from the construction.

The front desk check in people were all great they were friendly and helpful. I liked the new renovations it was just a bit dusty

The room was clean but did find some hairs in the bathroom floor as I first walked in. Also, I am short so the bed was to tall for me.

A welcoming safe place to stay enroute to points beyond.

Breakfast was ok, but it would have been nice to have a view of the area we are visiting while sitting down for our morning get up and go. Grateful that there is a restaurant on site to serve late arriving customers!

The swirl of black hair on the bathroom floor that the maid’s mop left behind. Curious to know what the lobby construction project will provide.

Breakfast was OK.

The bathroom was very dirty and dingy. Brownish residue on the shared soap and shampoo dispensers. And pubic hair as well. We told the staff and they had no desire to try to fix it. Just said they would report it to housekeeping. Floors of the whole room were fake wood floors that I felt super grossed out to walk on barefoot.

Perfecto!

Very quiet - good sound proofing since you are close to the freeway, train line and airport. Great access to disability room and area for dogs to do their business. Good breakfast. Beds so comfy! Gave us a room where we could park the moving truck close by.

Disappointing

I made my reservation early but when I arrived, I was told there was only one room.left and it was a pet friendly room. My allergies are bad so I was uncomfortable the entire stay.

I would have found a different hotel if I had not driven so far to see my family.

I like the shower and the shampoo and conditioner.

I didn't like the room, it was dirty and cold. It was located in the back of the hotel by the dog poop area. There was dog feces everywhere, in the front of the hotel all the way around to the back. There was dog urine and feces in front of the exit doors. I was put in this awful, dirty, cold room because I had my service dog because they had to protect other people with allergies. I had to wipe down the walls, and table, they were dirty and covered with food. The room smelled of bleach, I had to open the window because I have chemical sensitivity. There were wall to wall dogs with wall to wall feces and urine.
