the room wasn't bad at all the location was a lil creepy they are remodeling the hotel .the was big the outside need be fid maybe it wouldn't look as creepy...

Good value for the money.

This hotel is undergoing remodeling, but our room was already/mostly done. The room was quiet, and the beds comfortable. The light fixture between the beds was brand new, and needed light bulbs. All in all, a good buy, safe, and convenient.

We could've used hooks/hanging bar for clothing.

It's fine as long as you're willing to provide ALL of your own toiletries.

It was in an older, run-down part of town, but seemed pretty quiet. The WiFi was fine. It was a cheap place to stay.

The television didn't work, as the sound would cut out after about 3-5 minutes of use. They only provided me with one small single-use pack of shampoo. They also only had an eighth of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

A great place to stay when your focus is on going on, not staying in.

This was the perfect room if your vacation isn't centered around where you stay, but rather what you do. No frills to be sure, but it was comfortable, climate controlled, quiet, clean, and safe, which is what we needed and expected. On top of that, it's minutes away from most of the things you're probably going to want to do in Hot Springs.

It's nothing fancy, but for the price I didn't (and you shouldn't) expect or need anything beyond a TV to fall asleep to and a bed to fall asleep in. Feel good about spending the $$ saved on something else.

The staff is friendly, and as far as 🪳we killed it 😬

They let me have my puppy.

We had to kill a🪳10 minutes after we got there. One a good note, There was only 1, but 1 is WAY TO MANY!!! 🤔

The rooms were clean and spacious. They have a $30 smoking deposit.

Room only comes with one key. Had to wait for management to agree to give me another key so I could get back into my room because there was no one there on-site to approve another key. Other than that the stay was nice and a great price.

it was fine until I went to take a shower and had no hot water.

well first I booked a smoking room and was put in non smoking. paid a $50 deposit and was told I smoked in room so I couldn’t have deposit back when I didn’t smoke in room. then I tried to shower in two different occasion and I left water running so maybe it would heat up but never did. so therefore did I not get my deposit back I also paid for a room where I couldn’t shower
