I had a great stay!

I loved the location to the beach!

My bathroom didn’t have a vent to circulate the steam from the shower.

Location and the heated indoor pool

I had to wipe down the toilet seat with a Clorox wipe when I arrived because there was stuff on the toilet seat.

we love the staff here and the place is very comfortable

we love the indoor pool and rooftop deck all the staff are friendly and truly care about service we were made to feel at home and any small requests we had (extra cups, warm the pool) were met immediately and with kindness this is the only hotel we will stay with in Rehoboth Beach

Weather was beautiful, room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating sobitcwas a GREAT stay!

Location to beach. Pool. Friendly staff.. Coffee and chocolate in lobby.

Room was too dark. No ventilation in room. Would have preferred 2 nice chairs instead of table and chairs. Just a personal preference as we were both reading in the evening.

We were in walking distance of great food.

the location to the beach was great. In fact that was the only thing that was right about the hotel. I was very upset with the size of the room. Getting into check in was difficult because there were no information posted. The staff was friendly. overall the size of the hotel room was small and very tight for more than one guess. There was place hang your clothes, about six hangers and that was it. very disappointed. I had no place to hang my clothes.

the fact that there was no hotel service available if not requested by 10 AM.

Pleasant

The location was nice. The hotel rooms were very clean, which was a great surprise as there always seems to be sand on the floors at a beach hotel.

The parking was a bit of a challenge with a bigger vehicle and it was a little challenging moving about the hotel with our wheelchair.

I liked the location of the hotel. it was closer to the boardwalk.

My room wasn’t clean when we checked in. There were sands everywhere on the floor. ithe bed has stains

Overall fine, just some minor inconveniences.

The location was great. Nice rooftop pool.Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Lower level of parking was difficult with smaller suv. Room could have been cleaner. I understand it’s the beach and expect some sand but not sticky handles and visible residue on outside of fridge. Also did not get extra washcloths when requested.

It was OK, but, it was expensive for what you got and the condition of the beach was poor.

Hotel was close to beach & Boadwalk

There were flies everywhere - in the room, at the pool, in most of the restaurants. It' very difficult to go to and leave beach.

We have been coming to Rehoboth for many years, and overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Terrific location, just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and the main streets of Rehoboth. Rooms were sufficient, and we appreciated that they made the effort to put our three rooms together. The mini-fridge comes in handy. We found the beds to be comfy, with lots of pillows. Parked the car in the garage and didn’t move it until we left.

The floor felt a little sandy when we walked in. Would have liked something other than deodorant soap to wash hands at the sink. Banisters on stairs could be better maintained - wanted to wash my hands right after using them. These are relatively minor issues, but they do make a difference.
