I got to peaceful unwind.

The entire staff was very pleasant and genuine. We ate breakfast every morning at the hotel. I orders were familiar and kids menus waiting at the table we liked. Our kids looked forward to this each morning. The gym for me was absolutely fantastic! It fit every need I have as a fitness competitor and coach. I was able to stay completely on track! Just an all around great stay.

lol I don’t know lol Maybe microwave in rooms, but the extra walk is good for you.

Ok. Wouldn’t stay again.

Lobby was nice but the section we stayed in was outdated.

Rooms were outdated and it was right beside the airport which we didn’t know until we arrived. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay.

Exceptional

This hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Our first night we were woken up by what I presume was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing and Holly was really friendly, the swimming pool was nice to take my son too, and for check out my husband was feeling sick and they offered us check out at 12 which is greatly appreciated! The rooms are extremely clean! Both rooms we were in were such a high standard of cleanliness and the huge bathtub was a nice addition! There is parking here aswell for hotel guests which is nice to have, pull out couch was comfy aswell, cookies in check in were yummy! Maintenance are quick aswell, we needed him to turn of the accessible alarm that was pushed accidentally. I would absolutely come back here again!

Clean rooms, not great value.

Maybe the location. It was clean.

The rooms were ok. The design of the room was weird. The bathroom door would not shut. The beds were not very comfortable. No microwave in the room. No complimentary breakfast. For the price, would have thought there would have at least been a continental complimentary breakfast. There was construction in front of the hotel, so using the main entrance was hard. Also trying to navigate through the parking lots was weird also. The rooms and hotel were clean though. We have stayed at the same hotels other places, and they were a better value and more convenient. Staff was pleasant though.

For the price. Room was to small. Bathroom door would not close. Light when entering room dod not work. Great view of the wall outside of window. Checked in at 11 am came back to hotel at 5 and room was not ready. Never got offered anything until after I called corporate to find out why room was not ready. I am a diamond member. After they found out I was a diamond member they gave me a cookie. REALLY. HILTON IS GOING DOWN HILL.

worst layout of any hotel i have stayed in. second floor has seven steps in order to get to your room! You must lift your !luggage up these stairs!

We had an overall enjoyable time, and we'd love to go back

The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom. Very clean there. The hotel itself was lovely, quaint but good environment. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs

We found large bug in our bed the first night. The noise--but it was a busy weekend Problems with our room key throughout the visit

I would not spend that amount of money on that hotel again.

Breakfast had a lot of options.

I thought breakfast was gonna be free for the price I paid for room. I found a chunk of plastic in my eggs. My room key card did not work well.

Superb

The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms were large and very clean.

I was told when I arrived that the pools were not open until 4 p.m. if there was a lifegraud. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor, outdoor pool. Never got to use the pools.

OK, loved our breakfast.

Nice location, great restaurant, pleasant staff.

Room was small, crowded, not easy to access, sounds from hallway and adjacent rooms made us wonder what others could hear from us.

I enjoyed my stat

I love the breakfast buffet and the young man at the front that went above and beyond to try to help me navigate to getting to Martha Vineyard

I didn’t like that the ladies at the front desk couldn’t help me locate Engine House Rd for my Uber. I think staff should have an idea of the area around the hotel especially when it was right in front.

Expensive and frustrating

Spent 250 for a night with a broken toilet falling off the wall, pubic hair in the showers and bathroom - the bed was falling off the frame and kept slipping off the bed.

Bar service was great! We didn’t even need to go out for dinner, as we ordered pizza! The waitress was wonderful!

Overall, nice hotel but needs to be update.

Great service at the front desk with a beautiful lounge area. Staff was all friendly. Beds were comfy.

Refrigerator was making a high pitched sound all night. Walls were very thin and could hear everyone's conversations while walking through the lobby.

I would not return there.

The lobby was nice two computers and fireplace. The room service food was good. I had fish and chips $34.

the room was too small, the tv had no tv guide working, the highest volume level was not good at 60 volume was low sound. Thermostat hard to use.

Comfortable and inexpensive

Me and my mom stayed there this past weekend while we were in town to attend the Nantucket Christmas Stroll. The location is very convenient to the Steamship Authority. We called an Uber which arrived very quickly and got us there to catch the ferry in 3 minutes! The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and we both had two wonderful night sleeps. The front desk gives you warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts at night which are so delicious! I would say overall we had a very comfortable stay as far as the location of the hotel, the price, and the staff.

When we arrived to check in there was not a bell man or hotel worker in sight who helped or offered to bring us a cart or to help us bring in our luggage from the car. The same thing for check out.

Disappointing

There isn't much positive to say. I always say to myself Double Tree's are gross but decided to give it another try and was sufficiently disappointed. The front desk staff woman was very nice and pleasant though.

Switched out of first room because I sat on the bed and the mattress was so sacked out I started having anxiety. Went in bathroom to find a toilet full of urine. The tub was very dirty, didn't even want to sit on anything. Asked to check out, but couldn't get my money back since I booked through third party- got a different room that appeared a little better but still old and dingy. I literally saw two bugs crawling on night stand by my head at two different points in the night when I went for a sip of water!
