The apartment was spacious and clean.

I paid for a view but was given a partial view and I wasn't aware of it. Booking advertised a full view so very misleading.

Very beautiful, easy access to beach

Everything was beautiful, booked a seaside view, it wasn’t the view I expected, I thought we were going to be actually viewing the ocean , but it was on the side of the building with little view of the ocean. It was still a beautiful spot.

The absolute best condominium stay we have ever experienced. We are already planning to stay again!

Everything about it! We loved it, and there were zero issues. Everything was set up and taken care of, so we had little to deal with. First, and foremost the messages from hosts were always prompt and ahead of time. The messaging system is A+. Second, the place is in a great location. Very short distances to everything, even to Destin. Third, the place is super clean, cool, vibrant and well-stocked. Fourth, it is right on the BEACH!!! Fifth, using codes for door locks gives that extra sense of security. Sixth, This unit is right next to the elevator or stairs! Most of the time we used the stairs as it was right across from the doorway and faster than the elevator. Seventh, the staff at this building are very nice and welcoming, and the amenities are excellent. Eighth, Beautiful condominium, this place is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and feels good. Ninth, there were zero issues!, I mean how many times can you say you booked a room with zero issues? well, we had none here! Tenth, the price! The greatest price out there!

There was nothing to dislike at all! We had a very pleasant stay, and everything was taken care of by these wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

It was a good trip with a minor disappointment of the construction going on. Would recommend.

It was clean and just the space we needed for a getaway.

The construction that was going on was very disturbing even on the beach the noise could still be heard.

Not as we expected but fine. Finding cameras inside the bedroom and living room is unacceptable.

Location is lovely. Home was reasonably clean.

Booking.com advertised this with a stock photo and this was not as we expected it to be, including the view of the ocean. Coffee pot and blender were dirty. Towels and bedding were sub-par. I found small cameras inside the property and took photos of them. I will be contacting authorities to advise them.

Good vacation rental

Loved the view. Bed was comfortable.

People smoking on other balconies so we couldn't sit outside or leave balcony door open to enjoy the fresh air.

Looking @ the water, the beach nothing else!

The pictures on the internet are deceiving! The room needs to be updated. the appliances and bathroom need updating. The front door needs a safety chain from inside. The sliding door to the balcony needs to be replaced. Not clean very disappointing for my birthday and very expensive one night stay. checking in to late 4pm and check out time to early 10am. Bed needs to be replaced. Never going back there!

Not walking distance to any bars/restaurants. Thought I was getting a room that faced the Gulf.

We had a wonderful relaxing week enjoying the beach & dolpilhin cruises & a magic show.

We loved the comfy bed & the sofas were comfortable & clean. A nice amount of dishes & silverware & other kitchen appliances.

Only one luggage cart & it was not available when we needed it.

I liked that when we arrived and booking .com put us in a different room than we chose. Vacasa absolutely hooked us up and made it right. I chose my room because of the view. Booking had us looking at the parking lot. I paid for an ocean front view. Vacasa gave us a beautiful view condo even though it was not their mistake. Thank you so much for fixings the issue fast. And really went above and beyond.

Best place to stay for a couple! 🙌🏻

How liked the view and how close it was to the beach! It was also really close to all the restaurants and entertainment. Close to Destin! I liked the set up in the condo!

The only negative that I found was there was no pots and pans to cook with. There were utensils to use but no pots and pans. I bought groceries but majority of it went to waste because I could not cook.

Horrible experience don’t stay here

The pictures are not anything like the room. You have to know the difference from beach view and beach front even tho we book beach front. The door does not have a extra lock it just automatically so when you have a autistic 4 year old that can open doors they are able to run out no problem and their solution was to tell us to go buy something to put in front of the door. The whole unit was nasty and dirty the vents had 2 inches on dust on them and the air only stayed on for 20-30 seconds and then go off to the point we had to go buy fans and a mop to clean.
