Disappointing

Breakfast is not good. The location is good because theirs many different restaurants around you can choose.

For the cost and including breakfast is not the way I expected? I think it’s too much for the cost. In our room, we can hear footsteps from upstairs and noises that makes us didn’t have a good to sleep. it’s disappointing because we drove 6 hrs to get this location and we don’t have a good stay.

Overall, the experience was good to very good.

Breakfast was ample. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Sugar free cranberry juice would have been nice. They did have non-dairy liquid creamer which was great! Perhaps Yogurt with lower sugar like a Greek Yogurt would have been nice. Staff was VERY accommodating . We had requested and received an ADA accessible room which was very helpful. TV worked fine once it was fixed. We appreciated that we were given some extra time to check out; since my wife has mobility problems. The hotel was located in a very convenient area to find restaurants and other services.

A walk in shower would have helped. However, there were grab bars in the bathtub. Otherwise, please see above.

Fair to average.

The breakfast was standard. same as all other hotel/motels of this price range. Breakfast room could be bigger. Most people had to go back to their room as there was no where to sit. With the tables that were there, it was hard to access the fridge, toaster,coffee and garbage can with people trying to get their breakfast.

The set up for the breakfast room. Cleanliness in the room. Obvious things were clean but if you look as the baseboards they were very dirty as well as the arms on the chairs. Re caulking in bathroom sloppily done.

Decent, will likely stay here again.

There was no hot breakfast. However, they provided a banana, small container of yogurt and orange juice, and a small pack of cookies. Would have preferred a hot meal but what was provided was decent. Coffee was included as well. The room was clean and there was a fridge, and the TV was nice. Furniture was nice as well. A desk and a couple chairs were helpful when working.

Upon arrival, I was told I booked a smoking room and that to book a non-smoking room will be an extra $10 fee. I was not happy about this because I don't recall booking a smoking room. I tried looking up my booking on booking.com but was unable to find it since the date passed. Other than the added $10 fee, the stay went well and the staff were friendly.

Very good vale

I'm am writing this in comparison to other budget hotels. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. He made everything very easy. There was plenty of parking. It is far enough from the street, and we had a backside room, so street noise wasn't an issue. While this is an older hotel it is obviously recently refurbished. Nicely decorated, it was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. I felt safe staying there.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Right near I-5. Clean

No elevator. No breakfast (but I knew that). Older hotel.
