Breakfast was amazing. The chefs were really friendly and welcoming, the food was creative and excellent, and the coffee very good. The dining room was also lovely and comfortable.
Limited parking on site (very minor given the short walk to the off site parking)

it is a beautiful old facility. The staff are great. The room was comfortable.
it was a tad bit too expensive for the value.

Beautiful historic building, we loved it!
Our bed was heavenly too. The neighborhood felt safe and we were close to museums and several restaurants.
The breakfast was good, but some of it seemed to be reheated. Not freshly prepared.

Breakfast was wonderful and the cook was so friendly and enjoyed talking the the couple from Iowa and the young lady that just moved to Denver while we all were eating breakfast together. I love Erica and Scott friendliness. Thank you Erica for everything.

This was our 2nd time staying. Last year we stayed 2 nights in The Antonite room and it was wonderful. The Royale was really nice just cold. We spent the 3rd night in No.9 it was really nice and comfy (warm). We liked that room the best.
The Royale room we stayed in for 2 nights was so cold we couldn't keep warm, even after asking to have the heat turned up. Even though the temperature outside was in the 20's.

I stayed here bc my sister lived down the street and she recommended it (and bc I heard the haunted stories). This was literally the only place I’ve stayed at (other than home)where I’ve felt genuinely comfortable. The bed and jetted tub were AMAZING (library room). The room was also a good size. I love the historical feel of the place. I never felt scared (although me n my hubby slept back to back jic lol). The staff was very friendly and kind. Which helped me so much bc I was going thru something at the time so I was extra sensitive.
And OMG… the breakfast 🙌🤌 soooooo freaking good. I don’t everrrr eat before 8 pm and even I ate the breakfast here. Just so good!
I feel like the place gives off a chill /quiet vibe. So it’s a good spot for fellow introverts
Water. Lol but it’s not their fault it’s the area. I wish they’d have like a spot where u can refill water bottles. But that’s just me reaching for something.

It was very good and the chef was so pleasant. Coffee almost strong enough. The CC comforter kept sliding off the sheeted. I liked the privacy. Not to C get ice.
Nothing else. It was so pleasant.

Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were so whimsical. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning and even received a phone call ahead of time to check-in about our preferences and timed seating for our meals. We joined the happy hour at the tail-end of one evening and enjoyed meeting other guests. Finally, we had two birthdays in our parties and the Patterson went out of their way to make everyone feel special. We found parking out front and were able to walk into downtown easily without moving the car which was a nice bonus. I will be staying again and recommending to others. Thanks so much!
The only thing that could have been better was if we could have stayed a little longer!

How clean the room was and the location also the front desk staff Phoebe was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Hotel is missing basic ammenities in the room such as coffee machine/kettle, complimentary water, dental kits, hotel slippers for the high daily rate that would have been expected.

No AC in the room, very old place, not suitable for hotel , with such a price

Sleeping upstairs was like a sauna. I opened a window eventually where the 78 degree air outside was cooling our room down. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep due to being hot until the outside air finally dropped enough to cool the room at around 3am.

The breakfast here was amazing! The room was beautiful and the bed was so soft. We stayed here for our wedding night and it was definitely worth it! Wish we had stayed longer! The owner and staff were so nice, gave us a guided tour of the history of the building and family that owned it. Look forward to coming back for our anniversary!
Couldn’t ask for anything else!
