Exceptional

Beautiful view and full kitchen. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The BBQ grills wouldn't regulate temperature, making it harder to grill.

Just what my family needed.

Love the atmosphere. It was just what my family needed. The local restaurants were great especially JB Hooks. The view of the lake from the room balcony is beautiful. The hot tub is the perfect end or beginning to the day.

The only thing that could make the room better is a more modern feel. The furniture is becoming dated along with the fixtures. The shuffle board in the community room could use some love. There is not enough sand to play properly. The hot tube Jets do not work. This could be because it was still considered off season but nothing is posted to indicate this.

I was in town for work, but decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the lake views and some spa time.

Spacious apartment, with everything included. Gorgeous lake view, property amenities and very nice staff.

Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful experience for my family

The accommodations were splendid. Check in was slow but extremely friendly. We loved this small vaca.

There was no breakfast offered 😳 We had to go offsite for yet another suite and it was horrible compared to these accommodations. Sadly, we weren’t all able to be at this same facility.

Place with a Wonderful View of the Lake

The view over the lake. Private balcony to relax on. Easy access to get to other places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Generally it was quiet, considering it was Memorial day weekend. We enjoyed our stay and planning another getaway.

The bed we had was a little too soft for us. Woke up achy in the morning, but fine after a shower.

Be aware at check in you will be required a $100 deposit. No screen on the sliding door to the balcony and the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close.

I have been here 3 times and we have always had "free" WiFi What happen??? I would have like to have been aware ahead of time not to mention other hidden fees. Steps were blocked off Very inconvenient !!!! I was not happy at all I made plans to come back in June But........Now I need to evaluate this decision. 😩😩😩😩

Very relaxing, great location and friendly staff-Lisa exceptional service. It’s was a great weekend.

Mattress was little bumpy or uneven and there was padding. I was a little sore from sleeping in the bed. Linens on bed was comfortable and good.

This was our second time staying at this location and we enjoyed it immensely. This will definitely be our go to location at osage beach. Rooms are cute and xozy and has everything you need.

Even with the smaller bed situation this trip, we love this place and would stay here again.

Great views! We stay here because it's a homey setting vs a hotel. Found out this time that they also have puzzles and games you can check out from the front office which was nice. The dock area has a couple of tables (and fans if needed), you can fish (cleaning station right there) and there is a swim ladder as well. In other areas of the complex they also have multiple tables and grills available for use. All these areas were nice and clean.

We booked a unit with a king bed in the master bedroom and requested to be near the elevator because we were traveling with my elderly mother. When I called to ask about this request, the manager was very accommodating and put us in a unit on the parking level so we didn't have to worry about using the elevator or stairs. Upon arrival we determined that this unit had a queen bed which wasn't mentioned earlier. When I called and spoke with the manager, he was very apologetic and said that when he was trying to help us with the room location he didn't think about the unit having a Qn vs a King bed. They were fully booked so there wasn't another unit option for us. We understood the situation but didn't sleep that well during our 8 day stay due to the smaller bed size.

A place to stay.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the view of the lake from the deck was relaxing.

Basically a room only property, no other services like restaurant and lounge, just a pool that was difficult to get to. Don’t know how they consider this a “RESORT”?

All condo units had lake view. We requested a higher floor and Michelle delivered with a 3rd floor corner unit. Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice pool and hot tub and kiddie pool.

The pool needed some skimming but an employee did so when another patron mentioned it to staff.

Great location. Nice place.

Short staffed which ended up in a late check in (7:30 pm). The price per night was really high, but it was a value considering the cheaper hotels were charging very high prices.
