Loved it, mostly.

The breakfast was great and plentiful. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The housekeepers, the staff at the desk and the lovely ladies cooking the amazing breakfasts are all amazing.

1. No fault of the staff on-site, the key card kept malfunctioning and had to be reprogrammed multiple times, eventually the desk staff replaced them and it worked without issue. 2. The hot tub was one of the top reasons we booked this room here, it was down half the time. The staff worked diligently to fix the chemical issue and they eventually got it figured out.

A great place to stay and visit family

I booked a room here for my mother. Our home has stairs and she is disabled and needs an easy entry room and bathroom. This meets all those requirements! And my mom visited during the hottest days of the year and the room was nice and comfortable.

My mom's only complaint was the bed was too tall for her to get in and out of easily.

The room was very nice very clean, location was perfect, very easy to find, pool is open 24 hours which is so nice, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accomodating

This BW is not what I have experienced at other BW locations.

The counter staff were friendly

The room was filthy and our room was only made up once and even then they did not replace towels. Nor did they clean the bathroom. The tub drained very slow. The carpet with filthy and had a wet dog smell.

The only issue I had was the morning breakfast lady on Monday 4-24-2023. She was kinda rude and not approachable. The lady on the Saturday 4-23-2023 was wonderful. I give her 5 stars. The lady on Monday the 24th I would only give her one star

I booked the first night with you, Booking.com and paid $169.00. I needed a second night and paid directly with Best Western and paid only $148.00. So I will not book with Booking.com next time.

location is great

elevator was out of service. smokers were allowed just outside exit and had to walk through smoke to enter building. hallways were very stinky with cigarette smoke stink.

Breakfast was amazing. The family loved the waffles.

Everything was great! Hotel was super clean! Pool was nice! Great location if you're traveling. Walmart and 7 Eleven is walking distance.
