Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast

breakfast was great. Lots of options and the part they cooked tasted home cooked.

Our stay here was great. About 2 years ago. This location has went down hill.

Bed was great. Water pressure was amazing. Location is ok. Just no private baclony's.

Bugs in our room. We saw about 20 bugs during our stay. All the way from small to large. Staff did not clean our room before we checked in. I was told our room was not going to be cleaned during our stay also. And we had to put our dirty towels outside. And come to the office for clean towels and anything else we needed. Why? Ice machine did not work all the time. Breakfast was not warm. The room had a very strong smell. Made us very nauseous.

This hotel provides all the quality of a 1 star hotel for the cost of a 4 star hotel.

Booked two rooms together. Got there and only 1 was actually booked. Rooms were fine, but the value was abysmal. 160 for a single room with a king bed. Water in shower was low pressure and not hot.

Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, more food than what I expected!! And the location was perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do. Not crowded at all and the staff was wonderful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was super clean. Breakfast was great. Bed was great. Quiet location but only a mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A definite return.

Horrible Stay…Never Again!!!! Waste of Money!

booked king room, on our way down to Townsend, TN, 3 1/2 hours away, I received a call telling me that they had over booked and that I would be put in a double Queen room, “but we won’t charge you the extra fee “, WHAT, DO WHAT! You messed up my reservation and you not going to charge me MORE! Ask 3 different employees, different shifts for a replacement coffee pot because parts were missing and would work, they was sure, they would have to check. The staff must still be checking. Remote control was taped together with silver “duck tape “, and when you laid it down, the batteries would fall out, the staff are still checking on that as well. Most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever attempted to sleep in! Hard as tile.

good location Bed was comfortable

walls are paper thin. heard every word, TV, and movement of people in next room. Though there was 12 of us, we could sit in the little eating area for a 10 min meeting ; they said they didn’t want to have to clean it if we sat there

Clean hotel with wonderful staff and breakfast!

The staff were all very friendly! Room was clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!

The only problem was the noise. You can hear every car that drives by and you can forget about sleeping in. You can hear T.V.'s, water running, toilets flushing, showers running, and dogs barking at the crack of dawn!
