good location for skiing. we’ve stayed at the property several times.
We were in building 1, which was terrible compared to the buildings we have stayed at in the past. Staff was rude and because we aren’t timeshare members we were treated like 2nd class citizens. We won’t be back.

The location is great
The studio was too small and uncomfortable, the hot water finished after one bath so the second person couldn't have a shower

the rooms were big and very comfortable
the lack of transportation

Convenient location. Also the kitchen was really a nice bonus and allowed for a very relaxing stay.
When cleaning, staff needs to also look up. The ceiling fan was really, really dirty.

Modern facilities
the studio room was advertised on Booking.com as having a wall bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa was not a sofa bed. The property was sold out and I was charged before I arrived, so my son had to sleep in the floor. Not acceptable.

Steamboat is beautiful, the staff was friendly. The pools and hot tubs were clean and in a good location.
Our unit was unbearably hot, we had one window in the whole unit, and it was in a bedroom. We had a sliding patio door with no screen. This made it very hard to leave the door open to get the fresh cool air.

Staff was very courteous and mentioned all of the amenities at checkin. Nice property. Very close to Strings venue, I walked there! Great location close to restaurants. I look forward to staying there again soon!!
I was surprised there wasn’t a restaurant.

Everything!
Loved everything about the place.

The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The bed was also comfy. The pool in the clubhouse was pretty cold but I actually enjoyed it. We had went on a hike before then,so it was refreshing.Others didn't seem to enjoy it though.
There was no A.C so the room was very stuffy even with the window open and the ceiling fan turned on high. I had to buy a fan at Walmart to help bring in cooler air from outside. It was tough to sleep in before I bought the fan. I saw other travelers complained about the lack of A.C as well.

Very nicely appointed, clean property. Fitness center and pool very nice.
No Elevator in building 1.

Front desk staff were outstanding! I cannot possibly say enough about how wonderful they are, in-person and over the phone. They are kind, patient, friendly, etc. We ran into some issues with our first two rooms, but the front desk staff were extremely proactive and helped find a third room that worked perfectly for us.
If you're familiar with this style of housing (large complexes that have a veneer of niceness and 3 different companies involved in management/care), you know Exactly what you are in for.

Very nice accommodations for 6..balcony view of ski hill and great pools
No elevator

Everything else. It was like being home. Super comfortable mattress, pillows. Full kitchen, washer dryer in the room. Everything was super clean.
No A/C on our building. I just don't get it...why would anyone build such a superb hotel without air-conditioning. It was hot and the room felt very stuffy.

The facility was really nice and accommodating the staff was the best part of the visit i had a special request for the room and they went above and beyond and made my girlfriend and mine’s visit special

The location was convenient.
We couldn't swim or watch tv as at check in a remote was apparently missing and we weren't aware of it until we had been on the phone for a while lastnight with the front desk worker! Front desk didn't find a resolution lastnight. Told us we need to speak to a manager today to maybe get some sort of compensation.
