Beautiful place for a quiet getaway. The sunsets are spectacular and the grounds are well kept.

We stayed in a Bay view bungalow. The size was a little small (basically a suite with a full size fridge) but manageable for a family of 4. The view was spectacular under the Tiki hut porch. It was also very quiet after the sun went down.

The WiFi was not accessible in the bedroom due to the distance from the antenna and was spotty from the living room.

Very nice hotel on the Keys

Location is unbeatable, with our own private beach, quiet beautiful setting

Equipment wasn’t kept to the required standards: a paddle board was broken, the other had handles missing, not a huge deal but it needs improvement, otherwise everything was great

Exceptional

Stunning views, private access to the beach and a very pleasant pool. Also although we theoretically booked the last room we left like the whole place was available to us as it did not feel crowded at all. The venue was very relaxing, perfect for chilling.

There were some ants in the room but I can imagine it is tricky to keep them out in that climate.

The place is a well kept secret….everything fabulous….

The two bedroom cottage had very limited kitchen equipment….only 4 knives, forks and spoons and practically no plats and cups….should be more for a 2 bedroom unit

The location is great with kayak and bikes at your disposal for free . The vue is stunning .

The room was clean, but I found a rotten apple under my bed, and we learnt the last day that the cleaning was upon request .

Lovely gem of a hotel just outside Key Largo

A lovely little place tucked away with beautiful grounds and plenty of places to stay just sit, chill and watch the world go by. The sunsets from the dock were beautiful. Free kayaks and paddleboards for guests to use. Plenty of BBQs for use too. Room was well appointed and comfortable with a lovely nautical vibe. Little beach area and nice warm shallow water for snorkeling, saw a wide variety of fish and rays just a few feet from the the shore. Not many restaurants close by but on check in you get a list of recommended places. Tried a few but they did get quite busy so consider making a reservation (the Cuban place nearly does excellent Cuban sandwich and coffee) Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Let’s put it this way. We called to book our stay next year from the airport on the way home.

The property was immaculate. literally immaculate. It is right on the ocean with plenty of seating to watch the water and the sunset. There are little winding paths throughout the resort, nicely kept sandy areas, and plenty of palm trees.

It was perfect.

Location was perfect, but we didn't have nice weather and didn't get to enjoy. No fault of the staff, they had the yards looking beautiful

bathtub was unusually small, smaller than our camper. Take off the glass door and put an extended curled shower curtain on it and it would be better.

Loved it! We will be back!

The location is beautiful! The property is well maintained with lush plantings and plenty of beach seating. Along with easy access to the water.

Parking spaces need to be defined so other guests don’t park in front of your view.

beautiful weekend get away. Very simple and enjoyable.

Beautiful property and landscaping, clean rooms, nice view of the bay, plenty of water toys, and very helpful staff.

If providing Kitchenette 1 roll of paper towel and some basic spices (salt pepper) is expected. No late checkout is a bummer, it would be nice if it was a 12PM hard deadline.

Comfortable, welcoming stay

Liked the leisure activities and how clean the resort was. A very private, quiet and welcoming stay.

Old spring mattress in our room and some extra bedding in the room would of been great. No complaints though.
