Very pleased except for the bedroom temp issue

air conditioning!!! We were in a top floor unit and the bedroom was in the upstairs of that unit. The room was sweltering during the night and we had 4 different fans blowing in our faces to attempt to cope.

Clean luxurious paradise.

Location, amenities and balcony are superb. Cannot beat “post card-like” ocean front views and proximity to beach, restaurants and shops. Management was very pleasant and accommodating.

When trade winds are southerly you don’t need air conditioning. However if westerly, AC would’ve been desirable

Fell in love with a new property in Kawai!

Beautiful location with wonderful view off the balcony/patio of our unit. Spacious and clean inside. Lots of good airflow from the breeze coming through the wide open doors on the patio/balcony. Loved using the furniture on the patio to relax outside. The pool was fantastic as well, and was clean and well kept. Any problems or needs we had the staff took care of us.

I had to go home eventually. My complaint is that the grills don’t cook well and are very unevenly heated when cooking.

Lovely spacious condos with unbeatable views. Having six people we needed two two bedroom condos.

Location was fabulous for a family with young adults. The staff were extremely helpful and the most pleasant we had met on the entire island.

Wish that there had been a kettle to make tea.

They don’t clean the apartment during your stay but other than that everything was wonderful

Just what we were looking for!

We were able to use complimentary beach equipment, such as chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling sets. We were walking distance from excellent shops and restaurants. There was east parking for our rental car.

There was a bit of construction going on outside our room, which was a bit bothersome at times.

Great place to stay in a beautiful location.

Great location, right on the water, the way the property is arranged was able to go out onto our lanai every morning and feel like I was the only person in the world. Great vacation type experience. Minimal interaction with staff, but when we did they were very helpful and friendly.

Realize that the "island experience" is part of the charm and what you're paying for, but some form of air conditioning would have been nice to have at bedtime. Otherwise nothing to add.

Great Experience in all ways!

Perfect place to stay- decorated nicely-clean- convenient location yet quiet/private. The cove was beautiful especially at night- best way to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing! Manager and front desk staff were extremely helpful and always so friendly. Will definitely try and book again the next time we visit.

Beautiful spot. Clean and comfortable space. Terrific management. All-around tremendous week.

Wow! Our ocean view room was wonderful. We spent the week enjoying the sounds of the ocean day and night, feeling safe and secure. The location was, for us, ideal. Koloa was felt less busy than other parts of the island, and access to Poipu Beach, trails, and easy meals was great. Rooms were clean, and well-appointed, and the fridge and kitchen, and washer and dryer, made our week there easy to manage.

We had some trouble with the TV. Ultimately, though, we didn't mind, as we ended up leaving it off for most of the trip.

Lovely apartment in a great location on the ocean front. Walking distance to Baby Beach. Very secure. Great parking. Resort staff were extremely helpful. Overall my wife & I had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely consider visiting this property again, perhaps an apartment further toward the pool next time.

Lounge suite very uncomfortable. Mattress on bed promoted perspiration overnight. No air conditioning so necessary to open patio doors overnight hence noisy in lounge (surf noise). 2 of 3 windows in bedroom would not open. Television difficult to operate. Master bathroom large step-in to shower is difficult for older guests.

Lovely stay. I'd definitely come back

Loved location and walking distance to most activities even dinner

the unit was a bit warm for my liking. A/C here or a mini unit might be nice. It was manageable since it was a corner unit had more windows. TV was a little difficult to work. Most evenings I couldn't get anything on. No way to watch your Netflix or other accounts

Wonderful location with an awesome view - supported by a friendly and supportive staff!

The view from our lanai was beautiful. The condo was comfortable and spacious. Loved the breeze coming through to keep us comfortable.

The people above us were so noisy the last day and a half. The stomping overhead was horrible. I'm not that fussy but this was crazy... Not enough coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergent for a weeks stay but staff helped with most important for me - coffee!!! I really don't mind paying for it but you just can't find small quantities sometimes. I would have washed the glass dining table top if some glass cleaner was under the sink. I hope we left things reasonably clean after our 8 night stay...

Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We are actually from a resort area that is meant for tourists, however we loved being directly on the ocean and listening to the waves crash on the rocks. You could see the sunrise and sunset and we were a few minutes from the beach.

We stayed with our 3 children and gave them the master for the size. Unfortunately the guest bed wasn't nearly as comfortable as the master bed.
