Don’t expect much if you stay here. Choose another hotel.

The cost.

Room was filthy and very outdated. Front desk staff was about the same.

Definitely worth the price!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely more than expected for the price.

The outside stairs are old and uneven.

Motel is very old, dirty and reeks of cigarette smoke!

The room was suppose to be non smoking and it reeked of smoke. It was also very dirty. We walked into the room and went right back to the clerk and stated we could not stay there. He said no problem but they did not have non smoking rooms so we left and got another motel. It was the worse motel we were ever in but I will say it looked like they were trying to remodel. July 2023

Heavy smell of smoke and very dirty room. The area around the motel was full of trash.

did not know they had breakfast. It was great sleeping bed. comfortable and warm. slept 7 hours uninterrupted.

Great Value!!!!!!

Location is nice. Close to many restaurant options. I ate breakfast at Perkins about .5 miles away. Supermarket was close by. Just off I-69 exit 26. Just near a lot of retail options

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

It was awful.

Good location.

I made my reservation on 10/5/22 for 10/21/22 and requested ground floor for my handicapped husband who struggles with stairs. At 6:00 p.m. on 10/20 the property called me and said that they couldn’t give me ground floor. I told them had they let me know before the night before I would have found another location. I told him that I had already paid and he said to call Booking, that they would refund my money. Due to the late notice and that I had already been charged we had no option but to stay there. They put us on the back side of the property that doesn’t have a parking lot. The room had no coffee pot, no hair dryer, I had to attach 6 of the curtain hooks to the rod, there was a desk with no chair, no luggage caddy, no radio/alarm clock, 3 of the four drawers were screwed shut. We’ve stayed there many times before and never had any issues. We will NEVER stay at this property again.

Noise, stains on bedsheets, and uncomfortable beds at a lower cost.

Price was lower than competitors across the street.

I didn’t like noise, stains on bedsheets, and how everything looked so lo maintenance.

Outdated and broken furniture. Hair dyer didn't work. Room not vacuumed.

Friendly staff close to markets and restaurants Beds were comfortable and clean.

Hotel needs work on walls inside rooms. There was a rat that came out of bathroom wall bottom of wall badly damage and missing. Shower knobs broken and room was just mopped but not swept

Rooms are pretty small but for the price they are not bad at all.

Wonderful experience

Even though we only stayed two nights, they cleaned our room, changing towels and sheets. Much more than I expected.
