I booked 2 rooms one month ago before my arrival, but they cancelled l my booking without notify me on the last minutes. When we came to the hotel at midnight they said my booking was cancelled, if i still want to stay i have to pay a higher price. I asked them why didn’t notify me and they said they don’t care. I booked 104$, and the new price that i was charged 137$. Terrible service.

I booked a regular room with them. it gave me the option to upgrade to a room with a hot tub in it, so I upgraded it. when I get there the key didn’t work to open the building, the whole placed smelled like weed. when we got to the room, it didn’t have the hot tub. I called to see about this and she said that there was only one room with the hot tub and it was already booked. I asked them to switch us to a smaller room since we wanted the hot tub and she didn’t want to. and our key still want to work to go into our room. not coming back again.

total waste of my money. I would love a refund. it wasn’t the most disgusting place

the bed was comfy

there is no free breakfast they give you a brown bag with old snacks and call it breakfast. the halls reek of weed so bad I felt like I had a contact high. they had the doors open to air it out. the shower head was barely holding on it was about to fall off the wall. the floors were super slick. there was damage to the walls. there was little to no shower water pressure. what should have been a comfortable night was horrible

the lady that charged my debit card for deposit after I gave my credit card for the entire payment

it was very neat clean

I paid with my credit card but when I looked at my debit card info they charged the 75.00 deposit on that card. how I don’t know why I don’t know and I was furious because I did not use that card at all and when she told me the amount I said ok I was using my credit card. I did not authorize anything on my debit card

everything lol. hugeeeee smoke odor soon as you come in, room was on the first floor and one of the exit doors were propped open. people were out smoking and going through the hallway yelling and arguing at 2am. could not sleep because of the noise and the smell. what made it worse we seen about 7-8 little worm things in different areas of the room even the bathroom. the air smelled too.

Will never stay here again.

It was close to everything- food and gas

The bed was a torture chamber. Had to leave early- 5 a- because just couldn’t take it longer. Yelling in the parking lot at 1a. Found the outer door propped open instead of locked. Had to wake up the front desk attendant to check out. Definitely not the safety promised. My first clue should have been the refundable deposit at check in
