Enjoyed our stay- here for a Braves game plus enjoy the city. Hotel was perfect access to all.

Pool was great. Love the suite with the separate bedroom. Enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Lots of noise!

Good location, close to highways, stores, shopping.

Noise! Lots of noise from people constantly slamming doors, talking loud in hallways very late into the night, running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, kids running up and down the halls. They need to implement "Quiet hours" like other hotels, it was ridiculous the amount of noise. Basic breakfast and items would run out before the end of breakfast and this occurred a few different times. Bed was too firm., hard to sleep on top of the noise. AC is preprogrammed, I had to keep setting the temperature to keep it cool in the room.

I paid $85 so I wasn’t planning on being in a nice hotel. But it was bad.

The only good part of this place was a gentleman at the desk named Tony. When I got there I had to change my room 3x and he was gracious and helpful.

Everything was dirty, some things were broken . The tv is too small and far away from the bed for one to be able to actually watch something.

Good value for money ratio

Spacious room. Friendly service. Good value for money ratio.

Poorly insulated windows, you can also hear noises from the corridor. The bathroom could use a renovation instead of a rather disgusting mat. Breakfast was terrible.

Good stay but could be a better experience

When it comes to the quality of the room couple things come to mind first the PTAC air conditioning unit was not warming the room the way it should be last night the temperature was in the low 30s and I literally had that unit on its hottest setting for the Heat and my room was still cool luckily I brought a second blanket with me that I put across the bed for my lady and I. Second thing the bathroom the shower water pressure was poor the water was very hot but the water pressure was poor and the elevator kind of shook me a little bit thought I had got stuck in there when I took it down to the first floor door would not open I had to hit the button probably four or five times before the door opened up thought I was going to have to call in and trap my phone call to 911 but the door finally opened so definitely please have management and Facilities maintenance check that. And as far as the guest staff they could be a little bit more pleasant instead of seeing me like someone was bothering them you know they're there to do a job not get paid to chill and do what they want to do could be more courteous and friendly to the guests cuz at the end of the day we are paying their salary. And the amenities in the lobby could be better how do they have a snack shop and there is nothing in there but a couple bottles of water and a couple bottles of Coke no selection for the guests to choose from you would figure that they would keep that stocked and have a variety of choices for their guests.

The room was clean and offered complementary breakfast. The location was good and close to Truist Park

I realize the hotel would benefit from remodeling. it seems old. The AC, though we could control the temp It will cycle automatically and become hot during the night. It is a non-smoking hotel, yet our unit and closely hallway smelled like weed.

Exceptional

The location is so convenient. Easy to access right off the bypass so you do not have to go through downtown Atlanta if you do not want to. The rooms are so clean and the staff was so friendly! The breakfast was fine. Lots of available parking. Panera Bread next door within walking distance.

I traveled with two cats and it is 25.00 per pet. Pets used to stay free at LaQuinta. Also there is a deposit but it is refund upon checkout. That was new for me also. I last stayed there in 2017 and did not have that

Very good

On the day and time of arrival there was no hot water due to an issue with the boiler. We were informed that the problem would be corrected and we would have hot water by 11:00pm. But the repair was done and there was no hot water until about 7:00pm the 2nd day of our stay.

Disappointing

We liked the facilities, the cleanliness was ok, and the location is good.

During my stay there was no hot water in the shower. We bathe in the icy water and feel sick afterwards, feeling like the flu. I would like half my money back, that's fair enough. I spoke about this with the receptionist and she said that Booking would refund my money.

Good place, good staff, good location. Only double beds and king and no cribs or rollaways.

We did not have a problem with the staff or facility, the staff was very nice and the property was actually better than most.

My problem was I sent a request upon booking that we needed a crib or rollaway. My problem isn’t that they didn’t have these items, my problem is I received an immediate response by booking.com that a crib would be provided. This property only has double beds and king. Having three kids, we were counting on the crib. Once we arrived at the property we were told a crib was not available. We couldn’t look for a different place because my credit card was already charged before even checking in. This was a medical trip, me having a heart ablation the next day. Brought the kids to try n make an adventure out of the trip to Atlanta. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I just didn’t appreciate the dishonesty clearly stating a crib would be provided and then my card being charged and not having options to find something suitable without losing our money.

Exterior of hotel is lovely, beautiful f,owners.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very attentive and helpful.

Very old, tired facility. It definitely needs a total renovation. Rooms are dark and outdated. Had a very difficult time opening the door, had to pull door towards you and hold it up in order to open it. The keys demagnetized each time we used them, very frustrating. We had to have front desk reprogram them each time but they were happy to help out. Mattresses and pillows are old, worn and uncomfortable.

the room service herself was horrible. Be aware even if there is a do not disturb on the door she still comes in the room. The hotel is ran by a family. the son is the manager, the mother and father are the room service cleaners. I was so feed up I check out a day early. been trying to get a refund no luck with that at all.

Excellent Value - Hotel in great shape

The hotel is in very nice shape, nice safe suburban area, staff generally very nice and friendly. It's as good as a Country Inn which are mostly new and super clean in my experience. The parking lot is ample and nestled among trees and quiet and the facilities were top shape. The guests are generally tourists with a regular group of CSX engineers who stay there for training classes, nice gents. The location is half hour northwest of downtown, with tons of shopping like Walmart 15 minutes away. There is an Asian foodie road, Buford Highway, including an Asian Farmers Market, real authentic food but in a bunch of different strip malls, mostly Viet but also Chinese etc. About 25 minutes east. Downtown is a half hour south and you may not want to stay in downtown Atlanta with today's high crime rate though there are safe zones.

At night they tend to put up yellow 'Wet floor' placards including on the hall carpet, smack in the middle, and leave them out all night long. When I tripped on one as I didn't expect one on the carpet, the very tall night clerk barked at me Pick that up! as if I was his staff and no 'Sorry,' 'Are you ok?' or any semblance of politeness. The rest of the staff was awesome. Also breakfast, though warm, featured the runny powder eggs mix, sausage and waffle maker, tasteless food. Fresh oranges though.
