The location was great, walking to a lot of bars & restaurants!
The room was a bit small!
4.3
Location is fantastic. We just walked to the main strip “downtown napa”.
Breakfast was yummy and fresh. We had several choices to pick from every morning.
4.3
Vicinity to town. Comfortable bed.
Tired & impersonal. No coffee after first day.
4.3
The room was large and had French doors into a nice patio. The bed was excellent! Breakfast was vey good and the staff was responsive to our dietary needs.
The room would benefit from some sprucing up. Some torn wallpaper, very worn cabinets and in minor disrepair; although everything worked well.
4.3
Room was ground floor, handicapped accessible. Good location.
No one to greet us, bed too high, vanity and closet too small, cheap night stands, bench at foot of bed scratched and marred (needs painting). No extra bedding to replace too warm comforter. No grab bars for jacuzzi. No electrical outlets close to coffee pot or righthand side of bed. Breakfast not as described (no English muffin), small portions, overcooked sausage patty

Breakfast was outstanding as was the woman who cooked/served us each morning. She was friendly, efficient and very personable.
Communication prior to arrival wasn't great. We had emailed the day before to inquire about getting in a couple minutes early to change before we left for our first tasting and never heard back and weren't able to get into the property early.
4.3
Location & the room service was everyday not only if asked for like the hotels tend to do!
4.3
Great location to downtown Napa restaurants and shops (walking distance). Very good breakfast. Very nice room with spa tub.
4.3
The check-in instructions were easy to follow since we checked in after hours. The room was very larger than I expected and had nice amenities, such as the automated fireplace. Parking was easy to find on the street as well. Breakfast was nice and very filling.
Wish there were some more USB ports instead of the one on the digital clock. Not a big deal since I should have also brought my outlet adapter, but it would be a nice feature to add in the room, if possible.
4.3
Very comfortable bed and nice strong shower. Both very important to us. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect. The location is vey convenient to Napa downtown.
I left my wallet in a drawer in the room and Peggy called me right away. Unfortunately, when I got the message we had already returned home. She was kind enough to go to the UPS store and mail it to me. She really went above and beyond to set my mind at ease and ensure that my wallet made it back to me.

We loved everything - the attention to detail in the rooms, and the breakfast quality and service were highlights!
4.3
quaint, close to downtown, breakfast, easy parking, accommodating and warm staff
TV changed channels on its own several times, bathroom door dragged the floor, wasn’t told there was free bottles of water if desired and corkscrews for wine (I bought one when I didn’t need to)

yes

location of the property was very central
very overpriced for an average stay, rooms were old and nothing special about them, didn’t even have a shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo and conditioner. Host was very unfriendly to us for some reason where she was very welcoming to all other guests! We didn’t quite understand why and we felt discriminated. Breakfast everyone raving about was average at best, would have expected much more at $500 a night rate!

good location
very old furniture, no staff, not clean

Loved the location and cuteness of the accommodation. The two ladies that manage the property were lovely and could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of parking I'm a safe area. Generally a brilliant property for walking around Downtown Napa, and access to wine country. In consideration to prices to stay in Napa, this was very competitive and you cannot go wrong with the price. Breakfast was brilliant too.
Generally the property Is tired and could do with a bit of TLC. The most negative comments we can list are the issues with the bathroom. We stayed in the Chesney Suite which has a roll top bath with shower head, that just dribbles, and there was not enough power or water to wash hair.. The bathroom was outdated, fixtures and fittings old and tired. Cobwebs, flaking painting and moving wall outlets (sockets) as well as no opening windows in the rooms.

Exceptional location
Beautiful architecture
Kirsten the innkeeper was AMAZING and so attentive
SUPER DELICIOUS breakfast
Wonderful amenities
Super comfortable beds
The one thing I would love to see improved a bit is
to make the property a bit more ADA- friendly. I am
disabled and my room was on the third floor and
this was a bit of a challenge.

Character, location, large comfy bed, lovely breakfast included. Very helpful lady owner.
Could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Dust and cobwebs in corners and over the bed.
4.3
A great spot in Napa. Great breakfast and great service!

Very luxurious, lovely rooms - so much comfort. Breakfast was also delicious! We liked it so much one of our party is already planning to return next Easter.

Very cute, everyone was nice

Delicious, homemade breakfast!

Charming B&B in a great location. Breakfast was very tasty and satisfying.
The Kirtley room claw foot tub in the bedroom was uncomfortable to shower in, requiring a giant step to get in/out and a curtain that wanted to cling to your body. No dresser and no hooks for clothes. There was a closet with 5 hangers. I wish we had known more about the room beforehand.
Although mask requirements had been dropped, they had not yet resumed the evening wine reception, and there was no housekeeping.
We had to forage for clean wine glasses after a few days.

great location, very walkable to town, very comphy beds. breakfast was ok, not alot of variety but good eggs and fresh fruit. stayed in the turret room on top floor (a lot of stairs) but very good for 2 friends, ie king bed and somewhat private twin bed. balcony too!
lighting in room could have better.
4.3
I liked that breakfast was included. A little more variety or fresh baked goods would be nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely.
The blinds were not adjustable and wouldn’t go down all the way. I felt uncomfortable that someone could see in…a ceiling fan would have created a nice breeze with the windows open. The stairs were hard for me to manage especially with luggage!

locations is convenient to downtown.
Comfortable but a bit worn around the edges.
