Overall, it was good for the purpose of sleeping at night, but very bare bones.

The location was great! We were able to walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc, all within 10-15minutes. Ubers were only about $15-$18 for travel to the mainland. The place is very spacious and the queen/full beds were comfortable. The host was also great, he allowed us to check in early and was a very good communicator. Great for a group trip, especially if you wont be at the apartment that much. Even if you are, the pool is nice and so were the other people staying in the vicinity.

Although the queen beds were fine, the twin beds were very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in the twin beds. Additionally, no hand towels were provided and with a group of 8, I felt that there were not enough towels. Very limited kitchen supplies were provided as well and the pots were old/pretty scratched up, however, there was dish soap, one washing machine detergent powder pack, and a new sponge.

Great place in paradise!

It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Great location everything in walking distance and you felt safe. Clean and easy to check in and out very accommodating. You are close enough to all the action but yet far enough away for quiet time. I would stay here again.

It would be nice to have an extra blanket and pillow for the couch bed. I would also suggest hand towels and wash clothes. Some extra towels for the pool would be nice. It would also be nice to be able to swim later then 8pm but not that this will keep me from booking again or suggesting the place to friends.

Everything in BOTH units. the property was not clean and in very poor maintenance. the place needs a major overhaul! Water in the stand in shower shower head literally drips with no steady water pressure. the floors were dirty and sofas were heavily soiled and stained. a simple shampoo machine clean up would have done the job. all bed linen had small stains on them. the house did not supply any hand towels, adequate toilet paper nor soap. the walls and corners had old residue and needed to be touched up with paint. pool seemed dirty thus we did not use it.

Great location in South Beach with easy access to all areas of Miami, and a clean and comfortable space to relax.

I loved that I had a pool available and it was seamless keyless entry to the property and apartment. It was also very clean and a decent sized space for two.

My only issue was the layout of the shower. Though I understand the functionality of it, the shower needed to be more modernized.

the property was horrible. do not believe the reviews. i was very disappointed and will not go back.

i didn’t like nothing about it.

the property wasn’t clean at all. in fact they had to put us in another unit and it wasn’t clean either. we wasn’t satisfied at all and did not stay one night here. first unit the kitchen smelled like pee and had mold on dish washer. the bed boards was dirty in all rooms. one of the rooms didn’t have air. A leg was broke on one of the decorative chairs in the living room. bath rooms wasn’t not clean. couches was dirty and had mold on them. second unit wasn’t no better. it rained in one of the rooms and had a puddle of water in the floor. tub was dirty and showers had mold in them. bed boards had stains on them sheets was dingy. we left the first night and still haven’t received a refund and that was a month ago. this a scam and I’ll never book with them. matter of fact I’m done with booking.com period. that was $3300 wasted 😔

decent place for the price

location was good close to attractive areas and food easy to find and coded entry to property and apartment

a/c wasn’t working properly was 80 degrees inside shower knobs where loose with really low water pressure add said 2 parking spots but when arrived was told that car couldn’t be parked after 6pm and had to find a garage also checkout is 11 which is fine just make sure your out in time cause they will come in @11 to start cleaning “no late checkout available”

Location was great. Guy checked us in was very kind and responsive.

Worst stay in my entire life . Very dirty , no one is checking on them room . Very disgusting

I didn’t like anything about this property. It should be listed as a hotel to book . Was awful . The sheets were dirty , I found bag of cocaine in the room very dusty . Manager was very rude and not helpful. For two weeks no one came to clean

This isn’t place to rent as I found it in hotels . The property is very dirty . No one comes check on you . When I asked for towels manager said he doesn’t provide them . I told him I book this in booking as a hotel . Pillows were so dirty they were yellow. Mess everywhere, I found drugs in the room . Manager was yelling at me when I said no one came to clean my unit in 2 weeks . I would literally want my money from you guys, as u have them listed as a hotel .I still waiting for my deposit. Horrible

This is a great find and stay.

This is a great location. Walking distance to Flamingo Park, Whole Foods, restaurants, and a tad of a walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc I was surprised how quiet it was especially for South Beach and the small pool is super cute and great for small kiddos.

The comfort of the beds and sleeping sofa definitely could've been better. I was happy to get back to my bed. I was also a little disappointed about the internet speed. The shower is wheelchair accessible which I appreciate but makes the bathroom floor super wet after shower. No bathtub.

The location is amazing.

Great location. Great size apartment. Everything you need for a trip.

Bathroom isn’t great, handicapped bathrooms with no exhaust fan. No parking had to pay $20 a night for parking blocks away from Apartments.

NEVER AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER!!!

The fact that I had somewhere to stay in the amount of time I spent down there. At least they had a microwave and refrigerator. Other than that, It could have been ALOT better. Especially with the towels.

For 2 men that stayed there we ONLY got 7 towels. We were there for 5 days. Sand and party! Not only that, they were ALL body towels. We did not have any face towels at all. We had to PAY for housekeeping. It didn't matter about the cleanliness because we clean up after ourselves but there were many thing wrong. The iron went out on us and when I tried SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT they gave it to us the morning we checked out?? The pool closes at 8pm and its super tiny. There is a lot more I want to say but I get frustrated just thinking about the money I paid for that crap.
