Dingy but cheap

It was cheap

The room was a little dingy and there was no fitted sheet on the bed so we woke up on the mattress, there were holes in the walls and floors were busted. Strange smell but we made it work

Worst place to stay!!!

Absolutely nothing.

Everything!! There was bugs all over the bed. Bed bugs/Lice all over the bed. Also, the sink ran long enough for the water to get hot and the pipes leaked enough to flood the bathroom floor and my feet. I took photos and videos and showed them to the clerk. She said "oh no" and then gave us another room. The second room had 9 spiders on the bed, no pillows on either bed, and a broken fridge in the entry way with the door open and unplugged, and it smelt of a rotten sewer. The third room, the window was open in the back, the screen was completely destroyed with the room filled with flies and mosquitoes. Then, when I went back to the clerk the final time, she told me that the owners don't care about the property and do a little as possible to keep the doors open. At that time, we got a refund and stayed at a much better hotel. We will never stay there again and will never recommend anyone to stay there or at the Super 8.

Superb

I really enjoyed their breakfast they were very nice and the food was covered very well everything was cold and milk juice super 8 but Western ridge and made it very very nice and it was very very clean I was very impressed super 8 has done a wonderful job with the old western ridge it is very clean and comfortable it was close to stores of course where I went over but other than that it was very nice thank you super 8 for making such a wonderful stay we usually stay in the casinos but decided to try you guys and you're right was great I like how they have the two rooms section off thank you Western super 8 for such a wonderful stay and your facility was very very clean.

The only problem we had was our toilet was leaking around the rim of the bottom of the toilet so whenever you flush the toilet it would leak all over the floor I don't know if it was the rubber on the bottom of the toilet or what but that definitely needed to be fixed because it puts on a bit of water that is the only complaint I have other than that I stay there was very nice and your rooms are very clean very impressed

beds were bad, light in bathroom didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly, no garbage can, lights in room were poor, heater didn’t work, curtains were coming off the rod,

Would 100% not recommend this place stay far away

The price!! It Was a place to stay better than sleeping in the truck but barely. At least had a hot shower could definitely use a remodel or demolition to say the least!

Everything could have been better! They could at least vacuum the floor. It had food crumbs all over! Instead of a fitted sheet on the bed it was a flat sheet! I had two different rooms booked one smelled like somthing was dead in the room and the other one just smelled like a bag of Cheetos! Stay away from here spend the extra money elsewhere! Oh and the pigeon coop that was below us was a little odd. About 3 AM to 4am There was a dog fight in the room next to us.

never coming back

The woman at the counter was super helpful.

the property is not what the pictures are posted. my room was dirty and in need of repair. most things are worn past use. the building itself is boarded up and has broken glass on the main floor then there is stray cats and other garbage everywhere

They shouldn’t be allowed to accommodate people in rooms like that.

The people that live in those rooms permanently were very loud.

It was cheap

Room was poorly taken care of. Mirror mounted extremely crooked. Holes in wall from old electric hardware. Instead of patching wall damage the staple a piece of carpet very poorly to wall to conceal damage. Room smelled like the people who live in adjacent room. Something you'd see in a CSI episode.

Nothing waste of my money

The rack in bathroom hanging off the wall the shower curtain was shredded tub was not clean bed is broken sheets smelled musty hot water for shower was not consistant it would go from boiling to cold instantly

This property should close

The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

When checking in, the front desk person didn't mention that the room wasn't worth staying in; I mean the toilet didn't even flush. I requested staying in the other hotel but paid the price difference.

Will not stay again, worth $15.00 to upgrade to another location

Nothing good about this place

Just a run down place, window could not lock, holes in the wall, electrical outlets did not work, lamps missing light bulbs and television access was not functional

Would stay again.

Had seminar- don't recall breakfast- office wasn't open. Hotel was very quiet in spite of the fact that it was on the main hwy.

Simple thing- no mail slot to return metal key.

I actually asked for my money back and didn't stay at this super sketchy place!

Literally nothing. It was one of the most horrible places I've ever seen.

I'm not sure how to phrase this so it doesn't get rejected. I walked in and walked right out. The place reeks of cigarettes (I asked for non smoking). There were holes in the walls. The toilet seat was all ripped up. Stains on the lampshade (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?). Stains in the bathtub. Stains on the rug. A cloud of flies greeted me when I walked in and followed me out the door. I didn't dare lift up the sheets, but I'm sure a spritz of luminol would've lit this place up like a christmas tree. This is a "residence" hotel, which means that people live there. It's SUPER SKETCHY, and I'm really not picky when it comes to quickie overnight stays on a cross-country trip. That said, this was the WORST motel I've ever seen in my life, and I killed a cockroach that was bigger than my shoe at a motel once in San Diego. I asked for my money back at the Super 8 next door (same owners, so there's no staff on the Western Trail property site). The woman at the desk didn't look surprised... I'm sure I wasn't the first and I'm sure I won't be the last. RUN AWAY. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.

The location

The rooms were gross. We had coloring all over the walls, the rooms smelt like urine, air conditioning didnt work so we had to switch rooms, go the to the next room and the tv didnt work. We had some weird purple wax stain running down the wall in the bathroom behind the door. Several holes in the walls

I was too late to make other plans, but if I had arrived earlier I would have cancelled.

The picture of the motel was misleading. I showed a nice building. When I got there, the place looked like a wreck. It is badly in need of a remodeling and upgrade.
