Location was away from things. Exit and entry off the highway was tricky with traffic.

Feels like guests are being constantly surveilled by family that lives there and owns the place. They are constantly in common areas watching what guests are doing and spend a lot of time watching their many cameras at the front desk.

Perfect getaway and location. We will be back.

It was super clean, and, even though it was late when we checked in, the staff was super nice.

I didn't like that we didn't stay longer! It was a great location near family and close to the lake. We loved it.

Very satisfied with price and cleanliness and friendly staff at the hot

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and staff was very friendly. Impressed that there was name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower. They also had a pretty big selection of breakfast items in the morning. Great location as we LOVE the towns in the towns in the area

We had an ADA compliant room and it was perfect! The food was good and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Very good

The hotel was quiet and well maintained, staffed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good/adequate. I would say the star of the hotel are the employees. Everyone we met, from hotel reservations to the person wrapping up the breakfast bar, were super friendly and helpful. You definitely have some great employees!

The location was unfortunate. Seemed like there were only pizza places nearby to eat, which is okay if you aren't a foodie. We are, so that was disappointing. We were only there for a night, though, so not really a big deal. Naybe if they could open a restaurant or grill there...

I really likes staying at this hotel because it’s in a less crowded area, but everything you need is close by.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It’s very clean and the staff is pleasant and always helpful.

I like everything about the property and have no suggestions for improvement.

the staff!!! they were very rude! they took my clothes out of the dryer before they were even dry so they could wash their own laundry!

The coffee pot next to the toilet was worse than the barking dog..

Check in was quick, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Coffee maker was in the actual bathroom next to the toilet and we were across the hall from a barking dog. The dog barked early evening, during the night and in the early morning. We love dogs but at the cost of the room we would have appreciated some quiet.

Stay was just OK probably would not stay here again

Breakfast wasn't that great, Not a lot of choices and there was no peanut butter and on our 2nd day there was no butter

Staff at the front desk was not that friendly, When we checked out and left our cards cards the person behind the desk didn't say anything to us like thank you for staying with us or have a great day or anything.

Nice and quiet place. Clean. Disappointed with the breakfast.

Beds mattress was very nice. Nice refrigerator.

Pillows were tiny and felt like they had wet sand in them. Breakfast hot food was very disappointing. No bacon as promised and frozen sausage was cold, eggs were fake tasting. Stayed there with intention of not having to go out for breakfast. Well had to find a restaurant.
