the hotel was decorated so cute, the rooms were a nice size and the location was perfect.

It’s was pretty
NO Musial or chairs at pool, the guests were rude not hotel fault. The room was facing a parking lot not what I expected for an anniversary. The staff was so busy when ordering they were inattentive. The restaurant was empty but had a sign that it was full. The lagoon was emptied. We wanted to remain on hotel grounds but there was no light on grounds to play for hole or any other activities.

Wonderful location to everything in Scottsdale. The grounds of the hotel are also beautiful. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. Canal club food was delicious. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
The pools were full of debris the entire trip. One of the pools was closed for the day during the trip as well. This was rather disappointing as the larger pool was one of the reasons this resort was booked. Also I didn’t love that anyone could walk in through the lobby at anytime and have access to the entire hotel grounds other than the hotel rooms. Lastly, we had an early morning flight, and there was no one up at the front desk, which given the fact that the doors were all open, but no one was around was a little frustrating and disconcerting.

Definitely overpriced the days we were there. Pricing for other days were significantly better, which was disappointing.

the only good thing about this property was the lady at the front desk who helped me get a full refund for my booking
everything down to the stays on my bed throw pillow and the stains on the only bench or place to put anything in the entire room

Very comfortable roomy room, good food and good people watching!!
This complaint is concerning Booking.com. We had to pay a daily $50 fee for Breakfast which we didn't want. We only had 1 breakfast there so we ended up paying an extra $100. The resort couldn't do anything about it because it was required through Booking.com.
We were told on arrival to text the main desk if we had any questions or concerns. I texted twice with questions but never received any response. Calling the desk is difficult to get though a very long menu.

Loved the room and the view of the pool.
We arrived late at 9pm, when we went down to the bar restaurant area we sat down at a table in the bar area and for 15 min got ignored by two blond cocktails waitresses. One of them walked right by us 3 times with a crappy look on her face. We just left. It wasn't worth it...

The decor was cute and theming was very well done.
Rooms were small and not nearly as nice as the common area. We could hear traffic from our room which ruined the resort vibe. The buildings were old and there were tears in outdoor furniture and our tv lights were burnt out in some areas.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the decor of the entire hotel. The room had all you needed. A coffee nespresso machine and coffee. I love the fact that we had beautifully scented shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in full size bottles to use. My first choice ion my next visit to Scottsdale.

Our room was ready upon arrival. The lobby and restaurant areas are very nicely decorated
The rooms have not been fully renovated. The hotel does not have enough staff to keep up with maintenance. Several areas all around need attention like toilet paper holders off the wall, paint crumbling and overall cleanliness. Also this area needs to be sure that you have enough food and bar staff. This is the main benefit of your hotel.

Great food & bar in lobby and pool.. This was our favorite thing about the hotel.
Staff is great, decor and vibe are fantastic!
Health club needs updating. Rooms could be brighter.

Check in was a bit rocky. We had two rooms for my bachelorette party that we had booked. But they rooms were in totally different buildings on the opposite side of the resort from each other which made it hard to hang out with the girls in the other room. We asked if we could be moved two rooms in the same building but we’re told no. Check in was also late did not end up getting f our room till after four which made us late for our dinner reservation.

The interior of the resort is beautiful and very cozy! There’s nothing else like it! Also the food that we had at the Canal club was very good.
My service at the Canal club was of poor quality. It took our waitress a long time to come take our order in a long time for the food to come out. She also began to tell us about her infection and why she cannot drink alcohol with her antibiotics which I found extremely unprofessional and not appropriate in a restaurant setting.
Also, I paid $800 to stay in my room for the grand view of brown apartment buildings and a tiny and manicured “patio”. May I suggest planting some tall trees and making the”patio rooms” A lot nicer if you’re going to charge that kind of a rate per night.
Last, the beach pool, which I love the concept of a beach pool, however instead of sand they have small rocks and the pool floor is very slippery so I wound up slipping and falling in the pool and scraped up my knees pretty badly. They should consider putting a texturizer to the pool floor so it’s not so slippery especially when there’s kids playing in it

Beautiful, airy, cool decor. Nice pool areas and gardens.
Bar, restaurant closed, big disappointment. No Golf channel for my hubby. Complimentary shuttle service unorganized.
