the staff were nice
the crack heads that live there and are super loud at night

Liked being able to go up and down the stairs. Liked extra washcloth to wipe up splashes around sink. Liked refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Liked the great restaurant across the street.
Did not like locked back door. Front door access in rain from back parking lot after 10pm not appreciated.
Did not like having to wait around for desk agent close to check-out time, 10:50am to 11:00am on Sunday.
Did not like lack of working electrical outlets near bed.

No breakfast, but two restaurants within walking distance. The vending machine with candy, got stuck, lobby staff offered me another candy.
The price was a little more then the other times I've stayed.

They kept my deposit saying that I had covered the smoke detector when I never touched it. They showed me a picture of it even though I know for a fact that it was not like that while I was occupying the room

I liked the bathroom very clean lighting good. I liked the t. V. Channels.
Didn't know the bed frame old school style, banged my knee on both sides. Should be done away with . is old wood corners that stick out past the mattress.

love the hot tub room I love the room in general what I was very dissatisfied with was the fact that they charged me $100 damage deposit and when I returned the room it was just as clean as when I got it but they never returned it I paid in cash and they charged my credit card for the $100 and never returned it
perhaps when a late checkout is requested and offered payment for it instead of telling them that they have it then not tell the rest of their staff about it and the next morning being harassed for checking out in a hurry when I requested a later checkout and then not returning my damage deposit was ridiculous

FAIR VALUE FOR THE PRICE

We liked that there was floor in the room and everything was very clean. The owners/staff were very nice and helpful.
The beds were not too comfortable but we made it work.
5.0 / 10.0
The one thing I liked was that they seemed to keep rooms pretty. The couple running the desk was nice and I was able to get an extra blanket & pillows.
Beds were so uncomfortable that I didn’t get much sleep at all, couldn’t find a place to park out front or back. The elevator floor was sticky and it smelt bad. We wouldn’t stay here again unless absolutely nothing was available elsewhere.
7.0 / 10.0
convenient location, near the freeway exit, with several options for dining
the room was comfortable, but the building was in need of some updating
