Enjoyable and good location. DAY Staff was great. It was only night shift that was disappointing.

Location and comfort.

No valet, night staff was dismissive and rude. I look forward to staying at Hyatt regency location, however, this one was not up to the usual standard.

Beautiful hotel, needs sure imprtx

Beds very clean & comfortable, nice pillows. Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful. Spacious room! clean pool , nice warm hot tub,

thermostat not working in the room, we were cold at night. (staff gave us tower “heating” also there was only one working washer & one dryer for guests on all 8 floors. manager offered to launder my items (very few pieces of clothing) which was so very kind & appreciated. however the next shift wasn’t aware of my clothes & they weren’t put in the dryer. i called front desk after 2.5 hours & clothes weren’t dry yet. when clothes were delivered they were still damp. Also breakfast at the Pub on site was very poor quality. i got bagel to go, upon opening container bagel was burnt & charred. sausage links were tough and greasy. i received a refund for both. No free coffee here.. only available coffee is from the kitchenette on site at almost $5 for one cup.

Exactly what you'd expect for a convention center hotel, plus a little more. Would gladly stay again

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and someone was at the room handing them to my family before I even had a chance to go back upstairs. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Beautiful facility and convention rooms. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Gated parking is an extra charge. It makes sense given the location, but it would have been nice to know in advance. We were there for a convention and didn't have any reason to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, but it did not to appear to be the kind of neighborhood where a person would want to go for a walk alone after dark.

Great place to stay when visiting Green Bay. Great central location and right by the River Walk.

Wonerful pool, hot tub and gym facilities, all very clean. The chef went out of his way in the restaurant at breakfast to meet our dietary restrictions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We had to pay for parking but it was only $10. The room was also a little cold, but when we called the front desk a tall space heater and extra blankets were brought up to us quickly and cheerfully.

Pool was nice. The hotel was big and beautiful.

They did not have air. It was 77 in the room. They claimed engineering would come up to help but they never did. Opened the window and got the room down to 74.

Our stay was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the stay!

The rooms were spacious, the property was clean and well kept, the pool area was amazing!

There was a very unfriendly staff member that made our coffee in the coffee shop on March 9. Our friends we stayed with went before us and had the same reaction. She was unfriendly and rolled her eyes with us. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful though!

Over all I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was beautiful and I love the 24 hour market. The employees were nice and personable.

Our room had part of the wall that looked like it was rotting under the paint. # 713. Paying 200$ for a room you would think they could handle water damage better.

Brought family and had a nice, comfortable stay at your hotel!!

Everything was awesome. They allowed me to sign up for rewards for discounted parking which was nice they recommended that, instead of charging me more for it.

Will defintiely be back!

I stay here often and I absolutely love the rooms. They are large and provide two seperate spaces (bedroom and living room area). Every time I have stayed here the staff have also been wonderful.

Gated parking area and layout of parking lot. Hard to get in and out especially with a truck. Most places in Green Bay also don't charge for parking. Not a big deal though!

Being asked if I didn’t like veggies by a staff member waitstaff. Room being set to 55 and max temp reached was 68.9 in the room. I attempted to raise temp to 72 and it slowly warmed up. Temp was daughter at 62 degrees and never imagined it taking that many hrs. I regret not going to the desk

Rooms are large with an additional living area. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Having a microwave helped us save a bit on meals.

Room service VERY BAD. ROOMS WERE COLD.CALLED FOR HELP BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN ROOM WAS EXTREMELY COLD. REPEATED CALLS TO FRONT DESK. NOBODY CAME. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR HOTEL

Room was great for our family of 5. It was attached to the dance competition that we went there for. They let us stay in thr room for one hour longer for check out.

No breakfast for free. Parking was an extra $10. And the room had someone's dirty sock. The body wash provided was empty and they only gave us 3 bath towel.. I expected 4.

Friendly & helpful staff; beautiful facility; spacious rooms; largely proportioned restaurant meals; Starbucks; large pool/spa; conveniently attached to a convention center.

For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have the option of a continental-type breakfast (instead of having to go through the restaurant or the market).

The breakfast was rather pricey for what was off we offered. Location was excellent. Like the Sauna and Steam Room. Had the best room in the house. 813

The price of breakfast and variety. No towels down by pool.
