Nothing special

Poor inter net service rather the router signals were so poor, hardly it reached to our room. One night internet service link was down and we missed our monthly Zoom meeting ... There was no breakfast.....it was giving coffee and artificial juice ....no boiled egg, scramble egg , no bread etc....

It would not have been so bad if the shower liner was clean

The staff were super helpful and kind

dirty the liner in the shower had mildew all on it. Gross .

Horrible traumatic sleepless

They had running water

The staff was atrocious they charged me 60 $ on top of my one night stay of 98$ because they didn't have CHANG..... I ask for a smoking room then when I left they said they were keeping the 60$ because I smoked in room ???? I will never go back to this place the amount of noise and drug deals going on all night was crazy. I'd advise sleeping on the streets before I would stay here again.

Location was great . Close to interstate

Very dirty place , sheets were stained . Head of bed at boxsprings dirty black specks and crumbs all over . Lamp shades were stained . Curtains at window were barely hanging on and falling off in places . Top of mini fridge was full of dust . Tile floor by bed was shattered ( broken up ) . The front door of office was broken and was taped off by yellow caution tape had to use side door . I should have taken pics but I didn't think of it . Will not ever stay there again !!!!

Someone smoking weed .... the smell woke me up the first night about 320 am. Second night doors being slammed someone banging on a door at 545 am. I am sorry I will not use this location again.

Room was dirty, linen was.nasty, towels and washclothes were unusable. Tub was stained heavily....

Do not book this hotel.

The staff were nice. Location of hotel was close to my event.

The people going in and out of the hotel and just sitting outside were suspicious and I didn't feel safe. Things in my room didn't work. The door latch and lock was darn near broken. You literally had to slam the door to get it to lock. I had to push a chair to the door. There were bugs on the wall and bed. The bathroom shower curtain had mold. The bathroom wall was dirty. I sprayed a whole can of lysol in that room just to make myself feel better, didn't sleep in the bed without putting my own blanket in the bed. I wanted to speak to the manager but got the run around. This was definitely a bad experience. Wish I could send pictures.

Someone at front desk or other employee attempted to use card i used for payment of room to attempt to make online purchase of over 1k for tires but lucky my bank caught it. This was the last place i used my card.

Would of chose somewhere else

Customer service was great.

No restroom until you get to your room. Hallways smells like smoke. Communication between booking.com and the super 8 not letting me know that they couldn't accommodate me on the first floor. So I could choose another hotel or motel had to climb stairs when I'm restricted not to because no elevator a a well. First room the toliet had urine on it I didn't even check rest of the room and I requested non smoking room and got a room for smoking. Second room it was hot and then saw some bugs in it when I ate my food and the fridge was dirty inside.

They never cleaned the room after the 1st night, no new tows.
