SWISS 23 is a beautiful villa with 2 Beds / 2 Baths / Pool / Jacuzzi -(Heating the pool & Jacuzzi is an extra cost) This beautiful property is located on the Waterski Lake “Stephanie” inside a gated resort with five lakes and 9 hole golf course. Garden facing the lake. Covered Veranda . All rooms with high ceilings and A/C. Two bedrooms WITH NEW WOOD FLOORS all on-suite, whereof 2 with access to Veranda/Jacuzzi/Pool. Internet, WiFi, Telephone and Television ! NO PETS ALLOWED

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.
You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Perfect spot for a getaway in FL. Love the pool and amenities. If your in the Clermont area this place beats any hotel. We will be back.

Wife and I stayed at Villa 23 for the month of Feb. 2019. We found the property to be clean, well equipped and furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. The large TV and a wide range of cable coverage was a nice surprise. Elise at the property management office was attentive and helpful. The view of the water skiing and golf were great. We are pleased to be returning next Winter!! I would give the property and Swiss Vacation a 5 star rating except that the rear sliding door needs a lock replacement and the lack of a remote garage door opener made for an inconvenient walk around the house when arriving. Small things but annoying. Looking forward to another wonderful experience next year.

Happy Snow Birds
Wife and I stayed at Villa 23 for the month of Feb. 2019. We found the property to be clean, well equipped and furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. The large TV and a wide range of cable coverage was a nice surprise. Elise at the property management office was attentive and helpful. The view of the water skiing and golf were great. We are pleased to be returning next Winter!! I would give the property and Swiss Vacation a 5 star rating except that the rear sliding door needs a lock replacement and the lack of a remote garage door opener made for an inconvenient walk around the house when arriving. Small things but annoying. Looking forward to another wonderful experience next year.

First day we arrived we had a problem with heating/AC system, beds weren’t prepared the way the house was advertised and the recliner sofa wasn’t working. We called mangement and a person showed up identified himself as the owner and he told us we have to wait till next day when maid comes and she will take care of these problems. I requested to heat the pool but I was told no one is available because it is the night before Christmas and we have to wait till someone comes back after Christmas Day, then we were given the option of heating the spa instead and we agreed. Later we found out that the same person who came to fix the spa heat was the same one who came 2 days later to connect the heat to the pool?!. My wife tried to use the jacuzzi at the master bedroom but it was working, we called the management again and they came and fixed it but the water was all rusty yellow color and continued to be same way, so we abandoned using the jacuzzi at all. The location is nice and although there was no access to the lake, still you can enjoy watching people water skiing which starts early each day.

We cannot say enough good things about this home! The location was perfect for the spring break softball games we were attending and the local communities had so many cute stores and restaurants for us to enjoy when our schedule allowed. The home was very clean, roomy, perfectly stocked with all the essentials we needed, and the pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day at the ballpark! We especially loved the water ski instruction course directly behind the home - beautiful and entertaining! We will definitely look to stay here again in years to come!
