Exceptional

After traveling all day it is important to get a good nights rest. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are exceptionally clean. You can count on great breakfast options as well.

The staff was very pleasant, location and cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was a nice bonus!

Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to eat. They also had a bag breakfast if you were in a hurry. Very close to Schweitzer mountain and Sandpoint downtown area. View at breakfast was very nice.

Jacuzzi jets didn't work well.

Everything was broken! Swimming pool, kitchen for hot breakfast, printer in business center. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in as the sole clerk struggled to print a boarding pass for another guest.

This hotel could be a gem if taken better care of to avoid mechanical problems.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel, itself, is very attractive and comfortable. There’s a beautiful view on the backside of the building and from the breakfast area.

Almost everything has broken down when we were there. The pool and hot tub were shutdown due to a frozen/burst pipe, which we knew about before booking. However, when we arrived, there was a sign announcing that the oven in the kitchen was broken and any hot breakfast items were being prepared offsite and wouldn’t be replenished. On our second morning, there were no hot items,at all. Then, the only elevator in the building broke down. Thank goodness, we were on the second floor. There were noisy kids running around above us the first night, the last of a holiday weekend, which was not the hotel’s fault, but I would think twice about staying here during any school vacation as it is near a popular ski area.

Great Stay!

The room was very clean. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast's that I have had compared to other comparable hotels. The room was quite, not a lot of noise.

Overnight stay en route to Canada

While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and met our needs for an overnight travel on our way to canada. The breakfast was sit down, or grab and go. The indoor pool with a good temp and hot tub enjoyable. The guys played disc golf at Caliber. We ate dinner at Mic Duffs a few miles away and it was a great atmosphere
